“My husband and I were introduced to Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse through a Lexington food tour last Friday. The food on the tour was great, so we decided to make a dinner reservation for the following evening. DJ took care of us and set us up with a great booth in the room with the incredible crystal chandelier! The food and drinks were amazing, including this cleverly-named pink cocktail, It’s Britney Spritz. There were plenty of seafood options for me to choose from (since I don’t eat red meat), and my husband enjoyed his steak. Our waiters, Zach and Kasmin, were wonderful. We had an excellent evening, highly recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out!“

“My family and I have been here more then once, and trust me when I say they can make a Steak just right. Honestly, you don't need to put any sauces on it. The only complaint any of us had was full stomachs, even the dog got a doggie bag....lol. Love Them. ❤️“

“Food was good. Service ok. An hour after we were there open table emailed me saying Malone’s cancelled our reservation. That’s funny because we were THERE. Had to ask for a couple things couple times before waiter brought. Maybe struggling to find good help just like all other businesses.Parking: Had to park in a little grass/gravel lot.“

“Blue Heron Steakhouse totally lived up to our expectations and then some! It's cozy and quaint and Lacey took great care of us. The food was amazing. The steaks were high quality and grilled exactly as we liked. The sides were delicious as well. The dark chocolate mousse was heavenly and paired nicely with the remaining Cabernet Sauvignon I had left after supper. We were seated by the fireplace, and upon closer inspection, the chandelier is made from old Maker's Mark bottles. I love the exposed brick as well.“

“We had a wonderful time with absolutely amazing food and service. My fillet was cooked to perfection. Anne had sea bass that burst with flavor. The atmosphere was nice. We could carry on a conversation with ease. Of course the wine helped. Hugh had a ribeye steak that would have taken me 2 days to eat. It was probably 22 ozs. Our family style veggies were mouth watering too.“

“As you enter the establishment and you sit down immediately. Someone comes and ask if you need anything. Do you want anything to drink, etc? They give you a chance to settle in. Take your order very polite. Very cunning people food was great, and of course this is the one in Frankfurt. Not simpsonville“

“Absolutely love this place!! Brought my wife here for a Valentine's day dinner and she's ready for a trip back. Can't go wrong with the Nighthawk special and the corn pudding is delicious. Fried banana peppers are a great appetizer and the breading was delicious. My wife isn't normally a fan of salads but can't stop talking about how good the garden salad was, especially the croutons. Had to get dessert to go since we were so full.“

“This place is a regular spot for me and my Husband. We love the southwest shrimp for a starter. Pair that with a bowl of loaded potato soup and bread for an awesome meal.Hubby likes their burgers and I enjoy their salmon. There are many good tasty meals to choose from.“
