“Took Finn to grab the 5 dollar deal! 2 pieces; leg and thigh and a biscuit with a small side. A great date night deal even though we brought the dog.
Finn loves her chicken.
Service was quick and with a smile. The chicken was hot and fresh and the coleslaw was ice cold.“

“Passing through From Canada and I had to stop in kfc hometown and see the difference. It’s beyond night and day. One of the cleanest kfcs I have been to and anyone who’s been to one in toronto would understand. Chicken was fresh and the crispy one (isn’t even an option in toronto) is better than I imagined. But the show stopper was the biscuits. I don’t know why Canada hasn’t gotten around to making these a thing but those with the honey or the grape jelly is A1. Appreciate the service kfc.“

“I just want say my Husband came to KFC last night and had to wait 20min for Mac and Cheese. But wait this review will be good not sure of the young man's name at window but he was wonderful upgraded are drinks for the wait and made it a great experience. I remember 8yrs ago that KFC was Garbage no one wait on you. Glad you have a new Staff. Cause who ever the young man was last night on 4/28/22 showed amazing customer service . Thank you good Sir!!! “I recently paid a trip to this location (largely because I absolutely refuse to go to the KFC on Blankenbaker) to get dinner to take home. I know it's relatively new building, so I thought it'd be nice to see the inside.When I walked in I was the only customer in the building, so I was was able to place my order immediately. The young lady behind the counter helped me make a decision to take advantage of a current promotion and I paid for my food. For me it's fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, and cole slaw. Of the fast food chicken cole slaws out there, KFC gets my vote as the best. As far as the mashed potatoes and gravy, KFC loses that to Popeye's.The interior has a fresh, not-your-regular-KFC feel to it. It was warm and welcoming, yet didn't give up that "You're in a KFC" identity.While I was getting drinks I heard them call out my order. WOW. I didn't expect to get the food that fast! Then again, at KFC 100% of nothing is made to order. It's just assemble the food and box it.I was in the restaurant less than 10 minutes and then back out the door. The real challenge with this location is getting out the parking lot and making your way back home.When I got home everything was just as I ordered it and tasted great!Clean restaurant, fast service, great food!“

“Today, December 10th, l ordered a special online at this location. As l arrived at the drive thru l was told very nicely and professional by an employee by the name of April, that my order would take a few minutes due to fresh crispy chicken being dropped and that l could wait in my car or l could come in and wait. A bit frustrated, l went into the facility to wait. Upon entering, an employee by the name of Trent, informed me that if l didn’t want to wait, that they had Original recipe on hand because the Crispy would still be awhile. He also offered me a drink for waiting, which l found very nice of him. He informed the other employees in the back that a customer was for chicken to come up. Naveah and Josh were aptly getting my order ready.
When my order finally came, they all apologized for the wait and even complimented me a few Cherry poppers.
It was that gesture from those employees that made the wait less frustrating for me.
So, that being said, l would like to thank Trent, April, Josh and Naveah for their outstanding customer service skills. I do hope that that KFC location knows the value in these employees! Kudos!“

“I had come in mid day, and it was empty when I got here. I had a fast service, which was pleasant. The food was delicious, of course. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I didn't see the bathrooms. There is a key code if you want to use the bathrooms. The outside was as clean as possible it was snowing. The staff was helpful and gave me my food with a positive attitude 🙂.“

“The food is absolutely fresh at this KFC location. I am vegetarian, so while the rest of my family gets chicken.and they like it, I usually get beans, corn, biscuits and mashed potatoes without gravy, and I must say that the few times I got something here it's been freshly made. The biscuits were especially fresh and crispy. The staff is flexible - for example, they were willing to exchange an erroneous order on my part. The location is great, in the middle of a huge and busy strip mall. Interiors are great with nice history of KFC pictures on the walls. Cleanliness could be improved somewhat.

“It was hot yesterday! I asked for water and they gave it without any questions. Also, didn't charge me for free water, which gave me a new level of respect for KFC, and that location. With that location I have never been there before but I'm impressed. Hopefully, I will definitely do business with them soon.

Parking: I was there around 12 to 1 in the afternoon. Shockingly, there was plenty of parking, but most use the drive thru.“

“Ordered Original recipe 2 thighs slaw, green beans, biscuit. I was told there was only 1 thigh and my second choice was a leg. Chicken size was a bit small. Green beans were hot and fresh. Coleslaw was creamy. Biscuits were very hard and chewy. Dining area was clean and well kept. We were not offered any sauces or given any napkins. Napkins not provided in the Dining area. It was very difficult to get the attention of any employee after we got our food so we went without napkins. As we were leaving I needed to wash my hands so I went to the restroom and the door required a code to unlock. So back to trying to get someone's attention just to be able to have clean hands. Overall food was good and hot without a long wait. Clean dining area.“

“Cashier was extremely rude and nasty all registers were down except one in drive thru as the woman was taking my order she wasn't ringing it in until she asked how I was paying when I said card it was like it was a problem that's when she rang in my order and double charged me I think if I was paying cash she wouldn't have rang it in“

“Forget all that nonsense of grub-hub, or door dash, if you want the best KFC around then come to this store. They dont mind to drop the food for you if you desire, they product is always good, they cook on henny pennys all day long, the quality of over all food compared to corporate KFC stores is hands down 100% superior here at this KFC. Probably owned by a caring franchise owner more then likely. I drive out of my way from high view to go here to this KFC because of its excellent over products and service.“

“I placed an order on Doordash and waited almost an hour due to my first dasher stealing my order. I was unaware this was the issue due to Doordash sending multiple dashers to the store. I called the store and found out the order was picked up by the first dasher. I asked if I could just come place my own order after cancelling my Doordash order and they were very accommodating. The store not only made the situation right, but they compensated for a situation that was not their fault and honored the pricing from the Doordash app. Before today I had avoided the store due to a bad experience a few years ago, but after today I will definitely be returning. Their staff was amazing! Thank you ?“

“We celebrated "Kentucky for Christmas" at our office today for lunch just like the Japanese do (they eat KFC every Christmas - its true look it up). Placed the order online and the order was ready when they said it would be. The food was great! 2 Big buckets of original recipe. Smileyville approved for Braces - just don't bite on the bones. Will be back again soon.“

“The Outer Loop location provided a large order of fried chicken for a luncheon we were hosting and Chris and his team were fantastic to work with, very great communicating with us about our order, and of course everything was delicious! Would definitely order here again!“

“Kayla is the best. I only like to come when she's working. I get my food way faster when she's working and it's always right when she's working. She's always been so nice and helpful, always makes sure I'm good to go with anything I need. Now I'm only ordering if she is there because she can do the order the right way, nothing is ever missing or messed up.
