“This was our first KY Bourbon Trail experience. We now plan on doing more. However, I think the Green River experience, along with our tour guide’s (Nate) knowledge and expertise, will be difficult to match!

First of all, the Green River grounds are simply stunning. Kudos to your groundskeepers!

Next, the hour long tour, itself, was wonderful. Nate is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the history of your company, the industry, and the distillery process in such a way that both novices (like myself) and experts could both understand and appreciate. Nate is a wonderful representative of your brand.

Finally, the tasting was wonderful. The care and craftsmanship is evident in your products. The whole experience was first class!“

“we never ate here so we wanted to try it out. from the moment we walked in the door, it was an amazing experience. The service was amazing, all the staff were so friendly. The food was amazing. I had the filet, it was so tender and perfectly seasoned. The portions were perfect for us. I felt like I was leaving a family gathering, every staff member told us to have a good day. The service alone made me decided I'd definitely be returned, but the food sealed the deal.“

“Having eaten there many years I hate to leave this review. I am from Tenn an always buy many loaves for gifts. We ate there Thurs and did not even recognize the sandwiches we ordered . W ordered a club and it had nothing but ham and cheese on it. Also ordered the grilled veggie sandwich , expecting the one I have always ordered. I could not eat it as it had only artichokes and some cheese on it. Where are all the old favorites ? Please go back to old menu. I did get all my bread that I ordered but plan to skip lunch when we are back.“

“This place is amazing.
The atmosphere when you walk in is like being teleported to another country . It’s very calming and relaxing. The staff was the friendliest people I’ve ever met. It felt like it was just having dinner at a family members house.

The prices were extremely cheap. My wife and I not only got full hibachi dinners , a full sushi roll, but also a full bottle of Korean rice wine for 60$ total. I felt so bad for paying so little I had to leave a large tip.

The food itself was amazing. It needed no added sauce or seasonings tho yum yum sauce was provided which amped the flavor up even more.

We will be back frequently despite it being an hour away from us, this place is worth the drive! HIGHLY recommend“

“I have always loved Briar Patch. Since it’s been under new management some things have changed…good and bad. The hoppin John soup is not as good as it used to be. However the salad bar is very good and fresh . Has always been. Don’t care for the croutons now. Not crunchy at all. The beverage glasses are larger now and much better. Steaks are amazing! Overall a very good place to eat at! Friendly waiters and food comes out very hot and fast!“

“Great pizza. We tried the Maui Wowie and mixed it with the Pacific Rim. It was awesome. The Maui Wowie has pesto sauce instead of pizza sauce along with jerk chicken. It is great. The pacific rim is good also. We also had the pretzel bites with spicy beer cheese. It was superb. Service was very good.“

“I’ve loved old hickory for years but we’d always get the pork and mutton to go. But today I got the combination plate and the ribs and brisket were amazing! Also didn’t know their Mac and cheese was so good and creamy. I think eating in house is the way to go!!“

“There was only one waiter that seemed like he actually wanted to be there but no one else. They always made it seem like they had better things to do.

We’ve waited 30 mins and still no one came up to us to ask for our drinks or our order. People that came after us were seated, served and left before us. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I even went up and asked who was our server and she had no clue. Finally, the only server that seemed like he loved his job (ANTHONY) served us and he was AMAZING. That’s the only reason there’s a star for service.

UPDATE: The manager and I spoke and she was very professional. She apologized for the lack of service and assured me it would never happen again and would address the team. I moved my rating for that and I thought Anthony deserved another shout out for his incredible service but still can’t believe it happened. Thank you though for being willing to reach out.“

They were super friendly and accommodating with the use of their space throughout the shoot. Emily was the MVP. And special thanks to Katrina, Azalea, and Kaitlyn as well.
