“I saw a review by someone named Cassie Trejo and I just wanted to point out, this woman was very rude to the employees and I apologized to the staff after she left. I was in the restaurant at this time and I was floored by this example she was setting. At one point she said “how hard is it to make a sandwich” and I was blown away by the entitlement she was exhibiting. If I was starting out new at a restaurant, I’d be visibly upset too. She seemed to be giving them a hard time over what a reasonable person would not typically be upset over. I’ve never left a review before, but this has bothered me for a while and seeing she left that review really bugged me because I knew it had to be her. You’re doing great guys! “It's always a good time for a sub. This one is inside a gas station but I think that's just where the company puts them now. Fast paced and busy as you would expect just off an interstate exit. Foods always good and usually no wait.“

“They stated that they had just been extremely busy. Consequently, they didn't have the type of bread I wanted. Also, they were down to just one of the cookies I wanted. I had to go with another bread and choose another type of cookie for my second one in the combo meal.“
