“I saw a review by someone named Cassie Trejo and I just wanted to point out, this woman was very rude to the employees and I apologized to the staff after she left. I was in the restaurant at this time and I was floored by this example she was setting. At one point she said “how hard is it to make a sandwich” and I was blown away by the entitlement she was exhibiting. If I was starting out new at a restaurant, I’d be visibly upset too. She seemed to be giving them a hard time over what a reasonable person would not typically be upset over. I’ve never left a review before, but this has bothered me for a while and seeing she left that review really bugged me because I knew it had to be her. You’re doing great guys! My sandwich was the bomb and I’ll definitely be back! Making sure I tip higher next time on Miss Trejo’s behalf <3“

“They stated that they had just been extremely busy. Consequently, they didn't have the type of bread I wanted. Also, they were down to just one of the cookies I wanted. I had to go with another bread and choose another type of cookie for my second one in the combo meal.“
