“We were passing through on a day off and stopped in for dinner. What a nice surprise it was. For people who tour for a living, a good meal on the road is priceless. Our server was so friendly and helpful and hilarious. We were welcomed with a smile and she made excellent suggestions.The Manager even stopped by our table, since we were a larger group, to check in to make sure everything was good. I can't remember the last time that happened. I think her name was McInney or McKenzie? The food was fantastic and it felt like a fun family dinner. It was refreshing to get good customer service and it seemed like the people who work there genuinely love it. Cannot recommend enough.

“I found a delicious place for fish. It's carry-out only and so worth it. The pricing was reasonable and the quality and quantity of food is great. Ordered the tilapia. It was deliciously seasoned and cooked. I have enough for another meal. It was still steamy by the time I returned home. Employees were friendly, including the other waiting customer. The atmosphere was buzzing, but once we were seated, the atmosphere chilled to become very intimate withered I felt exclusively at my own table, and not into everyone else's conversations. “RUN-DON'T WALK! The food was beyond great, and the server was the most friendly Jamaican restaurant cashier I have ever met. I've eaten Jamaican food my entire life all across the country and have I yet encountered such a friendly staff. The oxtails were perfectly cooked. The rice and peas were moist and flavorful. The cabbage had hints of pepper and perfectly seasoned. The beef Patty, which to me was my favorite part of the meal was made fresh and you can tell! The price was a bit steep. But I knew that going in, because Jamaican restaurants nowadays are fairly expensive, but every bite was worth every dollar.“

“The Chef's Counter at Wildweed was an incredible experience. The space is gorgeous - so many thoughtful touches throughout the restaurant. The atmosphere was fun and energetic. Each dish was creative, beautiful, and tasted incredible. The techniques and transformation of ingredients are next level. It is exceedingly rare to find a restaurant with a unique and interesting concept that is able to execute their vision by creating delicious and intellectually stimulating food without feeling forced. Wildweed pulls it off to the highest degree. This was a meal that will stick with me for a long time. Bravo to the entire team (FOH and BOH), all stellar. There is no way there is a better meal in the city and I doubt there is a better one in the state. This place deserves national recognition.“

It's a nice step up from your Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse chains. It's very reasonably priced for the food and service you receive. Everything on the menu that I have orderd has been excellent. So if you're looking for something more than your average chain steakhouse without dropping the high end steakhouse pricing, then I would recommend giving it a try.“

I know that chicken fingers are usually something that 10-year-old would appreciate, but I find theirs to be hands down some of the best in the city, especially paired with their their spicy buffalo options. “Food is good not excellent. Fried fish and shrimp a little over breaded. Baked potato fish but small. To get a salad as a side is an extra $2.49 for adding to a meal (not a bad price). I am not a fan of the Coke slaw. It used to be really good many years ago. Taylor our ever was excellent. She was patient and explained everything well. She was efficient and got it all right. She's an asset to Red Lobster.“

“Where do I begin, of course I hit the floor and I have been to this casino many times and the floor has always been honest and fun.

But tonight I celebrated my 25th birthday and council and oak (the steakhouse inside the casino) did everything right. The teams professionalism, their humor, and knowledge of wine was nothing short of amazing.

My wine paired great with my streak, all 7 meals at the table were cooked to perfection. Since the GM was out on PTO Mr Mark was leading the ship and did a phenomenal job at it! The server Mr Gregory was also the best.

This is my 2nd time dining at council and oak, and it will not be my last time! My first time was a curated 5 course meal with wine pairings so I didn’t get the individual experience that you would at a birthday dinner. This time around I got the intimate experience and was not disappointed! Hard rock, I hope you take good care of the staff here. They are worth every penny!
