“I want to give a big thanks to the crew that was working this morning they made my 4 yr girl so happy I put in a order for a ice cream cake in the Richmond location on the 15 for a princess peach cake. I called to check on it the morning of pick up day of the party they tell me they can't do it and there nothing they can do to help so I called 4 other locations no luck but when I called the Berea location she was more then happy to help they had it ready in 3 hr saved my day and they did a great job“

“Atmosphere and staff is very friendly. Restaurant is clean. Food was very enjoyable and portions are worth your $$$. Be saving to stop again when traveling.
Vegetarian options: Seen several. Clearly labeled on menu but did not memorize.“

“Nuggets were FIRE! Super fresh. I visited during the peak of lunch on my way back down to South Carolina and even though it took a minute to be able to order my food, the woman working the counter let me know several times she was on her way over and hasn't forgotten about me. ?
