“Eaten here tons of times but never remembered to review it. This chain is my favorite, always fresh and fast, nice staff. Do a Pickup order and expect 15 minutes or so. In-store orders get backed up since everything is made fresh which for some reason makes people upset in these other reviews, this isn't Subway and we go here for a reason!“

The Rueben is of course absolutely to die for, but the pastrami on pretzel roll is a whole another kind of amazing! We will most definitely be back! And the drive-thru employee that took our order was 110% top-notch as far as friendliness, familiarity with the menu and being able to recommend to customers who had never had an Izzy’s sandwich before! meal deal allows customers to order a six-inch sub for $6.99 or a footlong sub for $9…..thought the deal included chips and coke…….. DID NOT RECEIVE the coke and chips…. WHY.

$9 seems like major cost beyond our normal and current price increase (and without drink and chips)

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“Had a carry out order, for some reason the printer never printed order. I had to repeat the order to the order taker and they made everything fresh for my family. No worries about it being finished early and cold by the time I could get it home.“

“My god the service and quality here is AMAZING! I come in here quite often with my partner and toddler son, they not only remember all of our orders, they are also extremely sweet to my son. This is my go to for fast food and everytime I come in I'm so glad I did. I love the staff at this location and have never had a bad experience here.

“The workers at this Jimmy John’s restaurant are top-notch. However, the lack of air conditioning inside the restaurant was terrible. I’m not sure how you expect people to work in those conditions and or have customers eat-in at your restaurant? It was so hot while I waited on my food it was making me sick. (Poor employees) hotter inside than it is outside , they did however have some room size Air Conditioning units putting out the same amount of cold air out the front with HOT air blowing out the Back!“

“It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.“

“The subway on Turfway was run by a lovely mature couple. The store was immaculate. Everything was freshly chopped. They were very friendly. I guess while I was in Florida they retired! The store still looks clean. New employees are courteous. We will see after time goes by. Wishes prosperity for the owners

Vegetarian options: They have all the veggies, sauces, bread and wrap options. You can build your own vegetarian delite.“

Parking: Plenty of daytime as well as early evening parking spots in the lot. A lil bumpy in some spots and holy in others but not too bad.

Wheelchair accessibility: 3 businesses in one plaza with wheelchair ramp located opposite side as Jersey Mike's location. Not far from the door but far enough to be noticeable especially since there is patio furniture in the path way it might be difficult for larger wheelchairs to traverse easily from ramp to front door however I could be wrong as I'm a walker and I for some reason seen this and remembered it when maps asked me to review it a week later.
