“Love it, but they really need a light up OPEN sign. I guess the employees park around back? It’s really hard to tell they are open when the lot is empty, the windows reflect the outdoors and they just look closed.So many places have half a55 hours these days, it’s great that Penn Station keeps real hours but they should get that OPEN sign to help make it clear.“

“This is the best subway I've ever ate at, the employees are nice as could be and really know how to make a proper sandwich exactly how everyone wants it. They completely satisfy me every time I eat here and I'd rather go here than any other subway“

“The owners work really hard and they stay so kind and humble, they used to only work every shift by themselves, they hired help, and let me tell you that this new worker well she might not be new, but she's new to me, and she is just as kind as the owners, I had a pickup order at Walmart and decided to come in and get some dinner, I was having a bad day and a very busy day and she absolutely made it better with her genuine kindness... I would highly recommend the subway to anyone who like subway because customer service is outstanding, something very hard to come by nowadays...keep up the good work and congratulations on hiring an employee who cares about her customers and restaurant while you aren't there?“

“Holy moly have I been missing out my entire life! We had been meaning to try Izzy’s for over a year since it is located right beside the Florence Chuck-E-Cheese that our kids enjoy going to quite frequently, but just never had went.

The Rueben is of course absolutely to die for, but the pastrami on pretzel roll is a whole another kind of amazing! We will most definitely be back! And the drive-thru employee that took our order was 110% top-notch as far as friendliness, familiarity with the menu and being able to recommend to customers who had never had an Izzy’s sandwich before! He was also super patient with my husband and myself!“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

CRAVE PENN STATION !! I'll add thst the Downtown Cincy location "hooked me up" on the chicken in my Teriyaki Chicken Sub. WOW - I easily got 3 light meals outta that 1 sub - NICE !

“I ordered through doordash and walked over from my job and got my food relatively quickly. Grant it, you are paying a premium, but it's worth it. I love ordering the Grilled Italian sandwich. The staff there is kind and friendly. The prep area and cook tops are rather clean, and the food was immaculate. 10/10 would dine here again.“

“We stopped in on the way to the airport for a quick bite. We were impressed with their attention to detail. Each ingredient was placed deliberately, not just tossed, on the bread, so that they looked balanced, covering all of the surface area evenly. They really took their time, and it was worth it. And as we each personalized our sandwiches, we never felt rushed or that they were trying to skimp. Ate-in, and it was clean, too, not sticky. Definitely the best Subway experience ever. Might be an odd and lengthy review for fast food sub sandwiches, but they deserve the shout out. There are two subways at the exit, this one, on the north side of the interchange, is the one to visit.“

“Nice clean place ,the food was fresh and the subs were very good. My only problem which wasnt anyone's fault but I had a little hard time ordering because the sweet young ladies was of different nationalities but it wasn't too bad, they were sweet and kind and we worked it out pretty easy. I pray the whole world could do the same!!

“What is compelling my review is something that most overlook - general presentation and cleanliness. This location beside serving a great Cheessteak this evening, was remarkably clean. Like clean you wouldn’t expect from a fast food business. I gave the location a 4 star for atmosphere but the atmosphere is under little of their control given other businesses in their proximity. The business inside itself is fine, but super clean and it shows!“

“My god the service and quality here is AMAZING! I come in here quite often with my partner and toddler son, they not only remember all of our orders, they are also extremely sweet to my son. This is my go to for fast food and everytime I come in I'm so glad I did. I love the staff at this location and have never had a bad experience here.

Parking: Plenty of daytime as well as early evening parking spots in the lot. A lil bumpy in some spots and holy in others but not too bad.

Wheelchair accessibility: 3 businesses in one plaza with wheelchair ramp located opposite side as Jersey Mike's location. Not far from the door but far enough to be noticeable especially since there is patio furniture in the path way it might be difficult for larger wheelchairs to traverse easily from ramp to front door however I could be wrong as I'm a walker and I for some reason seen this and remembered it when maps asked me to review it a week later. Cheers!!“

“Adam and Clay were great They served an excellent sandwich, hot and juicy ! My steak sandwich was the best sandwich I ever had at Penn Station. I have never gotten a bad sandwich at Penn Station, but this was the most meaty and cheesy one yet. Great job !“

“Stopped in during lunch time. First time there. Very busy, almost annoyingly busy, both on the inside and outside with the parking lot filled, but that's a sign of a good business. Ordered the new garlic sub. I am not picky, I think most everything tastes good there. Employees were friendly and I left a tip because they probably put up with a lot from customers and being behind the food counter is generally a thankless job.

“This is the cleanest subway I've ever been to and I've lived in 3 States. I think it's owned operated and the people are so friendly. Veggies are always fresh, sandwiches are always correct when ordered online. I eat at this location several times a month.“

“The workers at this Jimmy John’s restaurant are top-notch. However, the lack of air conditioning inside the restaurant was terrible. I’m not sure how you expect people to work in those conditions and or have customers eat-in at your restaurant? It was so hot while I waited on my food it was making me sick. (Poor employees) hotter inside than it is outside , they did however have some room size Air Conditioning units putting out the same amount of cold air out the front with HOT air blowing out the Back!“

“The subway on Turfway was run by a lovely mature couple. The store was immaculate. Everything was freshly chopped. They were very friendly. I guess while I was in Florida they retired! The store still looks clean. New employees are courteous. We will see after time goes by. Wishes prosperity for the owners
