“Love it, but they really need a light up OPEN sign. I guess the employees park around back? It’s really hard to tell they are open when the lot is empty, the windows reflect the outdoors and they just look closed.So many places have half a55 hours these days, it’s great that Penn Station keeps real hours but they should get that OPEN sign to help make it clear.“

“Ordering from Wich Doctor is like a special little treat. It's always going to be delicious, reasonably priced, and quickly delivered. I've only been in the store once and it was an amazing experience. The owner was so sweet and she even threw in a free crispy treat when I decided that I wanted one at the last minute. I always get the double Decker, a salad, and a cookie, and it never disappoints. Both my mom and my dad have tried it as well, and they both also loved it. Wich Doctor is my favorite little hidden gem in Kentucky. Best, yummiest sandwiches and cookies!“

“Only three locations left! No one makes sandwiches like Izzy's. Greatly expanded menus. Original potato pancakes and kosher pickles make a huge meal with the fresh pastrami and corned beef. Outdoor seating for warmer weather away from traffic with secure railing. Ample parking and drive-through also. Great carrot cake. Staff personable and obviously enjoyed working together. Very clean. Abby was an excellent server. You cannot leave hungry.“

“This is a small space in a mini strip mall. You seat yourself or go to the counter for carry out. There is seating around the counter. Part of the area where they prepare food is behind the counter. Servers have always been very friendly and work hard to make sure your order is going to be what you want. They still bring a container of pickles to your table when they come to get your drink order. There is usually only one server who also clears tables but it is a small place so it seems to work. Every sandwich comes with a potato pancake which is their signature. Everything we have tried has been great“

“The customer service here was top notch for a busy day! All the staff was friendly and worked together to get my lunch out to me fast! I was really impressed with the teamwork at this restaurant. They were wonderful! I thought the chicken salad was ok, I tried the Buffalo Barclay, the Classic Carol, and Fruity Fran. They all needed a little more seasoning so I was glad I brought it home. It was delicious and fresh though!“

My only problem which wasnt anyone's fault but I had a little hard time ordering because the sweet young ladies was of different nationalities but it wasn't too bad, they were sweet and kind and we worked it out pretty easy. “My work partner and I came in on October 6 for lunch about 12:30 or so. The sandwich artist that made my tuna and my partners club was incredible. I wish I knew his name so I could mention it publicly. The way he stacked all the toppings and not one fell off was awesome! It tastes as great as it looked. “I went into the store to order because I was somehow unable to successfully use Jimmy John's website online ordering system after trying for 20 minutes. The employees were very helpful and very (freaky) fast. The food was great, including their new (to me) side of garlic pasta salad. The layout of this particular store emphasizes food to go, with a busy drive-thru window. There is a small dining room but not much else in the way of ambience. My experience with this JJ was really good overall, but the JJ website was confusing and often unresponsive.“

“I use to come in this restaurant a lot last year, but every time that I went in there, I always had great service from them. The manager was always nice too.
