“Had a lunch date with my dad ( which I recommend with ur parents they won't be here forever) workers all of them were kind and sweet. Fresh hot food made the way we asked for. They all said bye when we left. All the Penn stations are amazing in florence area. . Even made my food right again when a different store didn't hear me. Only complaint wish it wasn't so expensive 🤣😂 I should work there. 😂“

“We went here for lunch today and our waitress name was Ellen and she was so very polite and sweet and there was another waitress we watched her with the other customers and she was the exact same way so they're so nice and the food here was so very very good and has my wife's favorite Reuben sandwich here. You would not be disappointed eating here All the employees even at the cash register were very polite too. They have different types of food here but they're all beef chicken and Turkey and I got a sandwich called Joe Walter name after retired Cincinnati Bengal player and it is turkey and Black Angus roast beef together and it's very good and their soups are so good too. They also have the best pickles they are garlic pickles and are so very good. Anyone that comes here would enjoy the food and leave with a smile on her face.“

“I don't generally give reviews of places, but this is a must!! We went in for the advertised gluten free bread, we ordered and my husband requested that the first person change their gloves to eliminate cross contamination, that's when I realized that this was a mine field and started looking for all the requests we would need to make to keep him from getting contaminated. I didn't even have to ask!! They brought the sub out wrapped up, changed gloves, wiped the counter, got a new knife, put the sub on a wrap to transport it down the line, and placed the knife on the wrap as well, second person changed gloves, when he asked for mayo asked if packets were ok since the spreader and mayo were not safe. I want to cry, I am so happy with the care they took, the sensitivities to the hazard that he faces was phenomenal!!!“

“We went based on Izzy's top ranking for steak and looked forward to a special steak meal with dear friends. Izzy's service was amazing, drinks, sides, beef bourginon were great but compared to other top steak houses we were let down. The ribeye was not as thick as expected and not the quality of beef as expected. No steaks were offered with bone in.“

“Had a carry out order, for some reason the printer never printed order. I had to repeat the order to the order taker and they made everything fresh for my family. No worries about it being finished early and cold by the time I could get it home.“

“I suspect the low reviews are racist, I visited today and the restaurant was very clean and tidy, the counter top was clean, plenty of veggies that all looked great, and everything tasted delicious. staff was polite and kind. kinda expensive but that's corporates fault“

“So my company recently moved to the area. This subway in particular has been absolutely impeccable. From the quality of the service, the speed of the service to the cleanliness of the facility. Seriously these people get you in and out on your lunch break like there is no snow tomorrow. It is absolutely amazing. I think them very much for all of their hard work. When you have five people on the line, I’m telling you you get through there quick as a fast ball being pitched by a professional.“

“I placed my order online for s chicken philly and i was late picking it up and it was still hot and fresh. I realized my sandwich was messed up but it was NOT their fault. I was just going to ask for what i wanted on the side to fix it myself but then they offered to just make me a new one. Awwww. Very pleasant service! “The Philly Cheesesteaks are awesome! My delivery was fast and delivered on time. The only reason that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the dozen cookie bites. They were broken and slightly soggy. I think they might not have been cooled enough before being put in the container. I can’t eat them because they’re gross. The sandwich was perfect.“
