Our first time there and the experience was great!From Chip Mullen out of the Columbus location getting it started for us, to Cameron assisting our server, to Jordan giving us some of the best service we have ever had, and to the manager Jared being sincerely friendly. Amazing experience and the food was immaculate! One of the best steaks we have ever tasted and the dessert was off the charts too. We can't wait to go back!!“
“Fortunate to celebrate my mom's 85th birthday in the Ruby Room at the precinct on Saturday night. Jen Osborne helped coordinate the entire night for us and was extremely helpful. The room was perfect with great acoustics so my mom could easily hear everyone around the table (of 10). Food was great as was our service. Strongly recommend it for a special occasion!“

Our reservation was for 5 pm, we arrived 15 minutes early and were promptly seated just outside an empty private room that they seated 6 people who became very loud! And then seated another group of 4 on our opposite side. I'm checking out this mostly empty restaurant scratching my head and wondering why.“

“Went again tonight. All my food was good. My waitress i felt definitely ignored our table, besides this I did notice bathrooms were cleaner it again was a week night and busy, but not busy enough to ignore our table out of her rest.*****We dined in for my birthday, it was on a Tuesday. Going to be honest here. OUTBACK wasn't my 1st choice or my second, due to distance. I won't mention the 2 other steakhouses cause they do compete with outback. When I called these other 2 restaurants we were asking if we could reserve/ how long of a wait time to be seated. The 1st place said at 2 in the afternoon that they had already booked up their reservations but we could still call back later to see wait time. We waited till around 630pm and called again and asked if any reservations had been cancellled(no) how long was the wait? 55-90 min. Called second place they also said they didn't take reservations and the wait at that time was an hour. We considered driving a little further if OUTBACKS wait time was shorter. We call. Nice girl answers, we ask if we need reservations, nope, how long is the wait, she says actually have hardly anything going on right now. So there shouldn't be a wait at all. Well we end up at OUTBACK in Anderson on 5 mile rd. It wasn't busy at all but its a Tuesday so I dint expect anywhere to be busy anyway. Right away we were seated and had drinks. The waitress was super. She made sure all our food came out when it was supposed to. Instead moat places will bring your appetizers and your salads then ten min later your hit with main course. Not them. Let us enjoy our drinks she put in the app and told us she wouldn t put out food in till after she got me my salad so it didn't all come like back to back. I didn't feel rushed. All the food was perfect. Drinks were great!! My only complaint was the bathrooms. Thats why I gave it 4 stars. I noticed too many cobwebs in the corners of bathroom and hand and footprints in bathroom stall walls. There wasn't any toilet paper in my stall either. Or any paper towels in the dispenser I had to get the to from the next stall. Good thing they weren't busy for someone to see me!! But besides that everyone told me happy bday everyone welcomed us and told us goodbye and to come back. Id rather go somewhere thats not packed with people or where the staff is short and so busy they can't concentrate on me and the money I'm spending. “We were given a table in the main area, the lighting was definitely on the brighter side and didn't come off as romantic. My husband and I both ordered the filet, medium rare. The food, overall, was fantastic. His filet came out medium well and dry. We pointed it out to the waiter who handled it and ordered another steak for him to be cooked properly. The manager even came over to apologize. It wasn't a huge deal, we were very understanding but it did take another 20 minutes. When we got the bill, they had actually added the 3rd steak to the tab. It was corrected when we brought it to their attention but how do you accidentally add a 3rd steak to the tab??? I'm glad my husband checked but I was fully expecting a comp of some sort on the bill for all the inconvenience. I wonder if this has happened to anyone else and they didn't catch it.“
“There's a lot of pressure on a place like this to get the steak just right... and Lisse really impressed me. The steak was so soft, bursting with taste, and crisply seared. Not usually a big steak person, but I'll come back for Lisse's steak any time - it's as good as it gets.“
“Its always been a great dining experience for us. Our side wedge salads were very tasty. My filet was delicious and cooked to perfection. My wife had the Scallop Risotto. It was very good as well although she found it a bit too salty. The Brussel sprouts were delicious and plenty. Topping it off was the banana cream pie. A very nice evening with plenty of time left to get to our show!“
“Our party of 4 arrived at 1:00 for the Sunday brunch. It wasn't crowded at all. Though we've been there many times over the past decades, our daughter in law had never been there, so it was a special treat for her. The guys really enjoyed the prime rib. I especially liked the crepes. Oh, so good. There were breakfast and lunch foods available, so you could choose either...or both! We had a lovely time there and definitely plan to go back sometime.“

“This place has went down, the bread is so hard and both the managers are so nonchalant and very unfriendly, niether of the 2 greeted not one customer that I seen or even cracked a smile, so unpleasant as Managers ! Carl walked around like security at this point just throw him on a security uniform, and for Kathy she’s a Karen !!!! They should have kept her in the kitchen as a kitchen manager so is not ppl friendly at all !!!!“
“We just had a meal at this restaurant. We’ve been here a few times and it’s usually really good every time we go. That tells you there’s great management. I had the salmon today and my husband had a ribeye and let me tell you what every single thing we ordered was perfect. It was cooked perfect. It tasted perfect. It was an amazing meal. Good job guys.“
