Taco Bell in Florence

“We went through drive-through and ordered a number two combo three taco Supremes and told them we only needed no lettuce and no sour cream. They did forget the tomato which is no big deal. All we were asking is if we went back through basically to get a cup of tomatoes instead she went above and beyond what she needed to do she remade the whole tacos and she did not have to.“

“They did a really good job dealing with us being a little bit indecisive and the food was made pretty.Well, it's a taco bell.They all should be like that. I really enjoyed my doritos last tacos with meat and cheese, only. My husband seemed to enjoy his 5 layer burrito thing and his
Double beef burrito but beware, it can be a bit spicy. He says he'd write like two and a half peppers out of five.“

It was her that single-handedly brought me back to and restored my faith in this location after several less than desirable experiences. My food was prepared quickly, neatly, and was fresh, even at the end of the night. She made my entire experience pleasant and not lacking in any department.“

“We ate at this Taco Bell this afternoon and were promptly greeted by Deonte with a “Welcome to Taco Bell”. What a nice greeting! We then proceeded to order from the kiosk. During that process we could hear Deonte singing behind the wall while he was cleaning. I commented to him “thank you” since he was so welcoming and pleasant. He came out and proceeded to speak to us! He was the most pleasant Taco Bell worker I have ever encountered! We continued chatting with him. He was so polite and pleasant. We ordered another item and he personally delivered it to our table! I thanked him again and asked for his name. Deonte truly made our Taco Bell experience very pleasant and he deserves some kudos and, hopefully, a raise. He certainly went above and beyond to welcome us and made our visit so much more pleasant!!“
