“? that Louisiana taste. Really love the popcorn shrimp, mash potatoes/gravy. Also like the dirty rice & cinnamon apple pies.Service during 2 visits good/unsatisfactory: 1st time staff very friendly/helpful & patient; 2nd time staff unattentative. Stood there 5 minutes waiting to order while staff stood off to side talking/laughing among selves. 1 looked straight at me then turned & continued to talk to peer.Asked about an item listed that after doing so learned they no longer carried it. Staff was kinda "short/snippy" with me when explaining why they didn't have item in question (did not ask her to explsin). Overlooked it because I figured she was just having a bad day as I'm sure everyone has had @ 1 time or another. These visits occurred 6+ months ago. Have not been back.“

“I ordered online pickup and of course the order was wrong!!!! I never learn my lesson about trying here again! I ordered 3 piece big bag and ordered original and I ordered two breasts and a wing, well not sure what the skin was, it was in between original and extra crispy and tasted like pure salt 😝 then I got two thighs and a wing instead of my two breasts and a wing my husband's ordered the same and he got the same as me!!! Iam so sick of spending money at these places just to see them give u the wrong order and since when does your skin taste like salt!!! Absolutely horrible you need to change something, I called the manager and she was very nice and got me two new orders the correct way plus she added extra chicken and biscuits and a drink and a cake so I would like to change it to five stars“
