“We eat here at least twice per month. The food is always fresh and terrific. Favorite is the Chicken Pad-Thai, and crab rangoon, but everything ordered has been delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing and classy. The family is always friendly and service is great. Dont wait on a table next door and spend two or three times for “ok” food and service.“

The food is always hot, fresh, and there's a great variety from tasty lo mein noodles to crispy, perfectly made crab rangoons. It’s one of the few places where my 9-year-old actually gets excited about trying new things. He loves loading up his plate with noodles and desserts.

The staff is friendly, quick to clean up, and the place is clean and roomy. It never feels too crowded, even on weekends.

When my partner Ariel and I have a little time to ourselves (usually every payday when Dean’s not with us), we love coming here for a quiet, satisfying meal. It’s affordable, consistent, and always hits the spot.

The waitresses are so nice and friendly they make me and my family smile.

“From the moment we made our reservation, we were treated to a hospitality and warmth sorely lacking in today's world. While we went at noon, the music and decor were as relaxing as an evening or even late- night event. Our server Simeon was professional and committed to make our meal a memorable one. At our request, he described different dishes, telling us what he recommended and what to expect. He was attentive without hovering. The food was as outstanding as was the service. While the shrimp toast appetizer, Wong's chicken, and Clay pot were delicious, beautifully prepared, we were overwhelmed by the presentation, taste, and experience of the coconut bread pudding with rum sauce. “P.F. Chang’s in Rookwood is one of my favorite restaurants - it never disappoints! Great ambiance, attentive, friendly servers, and the food is always top-notch. “My fiance and I are currently here, super full and only halfway through our noodles! He got the spicy mala noodles and I got the chicken broth with chicken tender noodles. We also got the egg rolls but we ate them too fast for any pictures. The food was DELICIOUS, and the server was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back!

UPDATE: Return visit today, August 11th, and just as great! The server was the same, and he was wonderful. We will have to come back more often! I got the chicken broth with noodles like before, and we also got the egg rolls again. Differences were that we also got the fried dumplings which were so good, and my fiancé got the sesame chicken - he loved it! Definitely come here for great service and yummy food!“

“The food and service are outstanding. The restaurant is clean. Gender neutral bathroom for customers only.
Love the 2 and 3 entree plates, it's an inexpensive way to get several choices, and the take home orders are large enough to share.
They have two free parking spots in back for customers, three metered spots on the street for anyone, and a metered parking lot across the street, (50cents for 15 minutes). There's a garage behind the restaurant. I don't know if it's paid or free parking.“

I've had a lot of chinese food from several different restaurants all over the country over the years, and this is top notch and probably the best I've had in terms of quality, taste, and freshness. The beef on a stick is the best ever, and the crab ragoons are as well. Very generous helpings of food, and the general tso's is not sugary either. It's just right. You can tell that all the food, and even the sauces, are made fresh to eat. Highly recommend!“

“Overall, the food is very good. I always get the General Tso Chicken and it’s very good. The meal comes with a lot of rice with the main dish. Also, the egg-rolls are very good and I would highly recommend getting them. If your hungry for Chinese food then this is a great spot to come and try!“

“The hibachi steak and chicken is awesome. I always get it, and it's enough for my husband and I to share. I do grab an extra yumm yumm when we share.

I only get delivered or pick up.

“Very nice Chinese people. Great service nice to me every time. This is the only Chinese restaurant in Cincinnati that treat all colors equally. They don't talk bad to you, they willing to help you if order is messed up. They actually place your money in your hand while other Chinese restaurant sit the money down or drop it in your hands. “This is a great place to get authentic Chinese food the staff is actually from China so they cook really good food and it's not overprised.. “This is our go-to Chinese take out. The food is always good and both my wife and kids enjoy it. The kids get the chicken lo mein and sweet and sour chicken that they call Chinese chicken nuggets. The lo mein is flavorful and the noodles are tender. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy.

I got the beef with broccoli and pork fried rice. The beef was flavorful and the broccoli was cooked perfectly, still just a little crunchy and bright green.

My wife gets the bourbon chicken which is her favorite. It is delicious. She also ordered the cheese wontons (crab Rangoon) and they were crispy and full of filling. The pork egg rolls were good too.“

“Phenomenal.Wanted spicy noodles to help with my hangover, went in-person and there wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but the cashier was very polite and told me to order what sounded good and they would make it spicy for me. Got chicken lo mein (spicy), an order of 8 steamed pork dumplings with dipping sauce, and an egg roll; all amazing. The chicken lo mein was a small order but still had a lot in it. Ready in about 5 minutes, granted there was only 1 other customer there at the time. $19 total bill for all 3 items.“

If you get there around dinner switch time the food is always hot and fresh. Love the fact that they have frog legs on the dinner buffet as well. “When you walk in the menu on the wall is the first thing you see. Half of the lights are out. I got the orange chicken and white rice. The chicken was overcooked, so it was hard to eat. The rice was good, but no fortune cookie, which was disappointing.“

“We went here for our anniversary last week and it was pretty good. I seen a video on Tik Tok about it, so I researched the place a little bit and this is what we settled on. The price for dinner was low. Only $15/person for a dinner buffet. That was nice. We were greeted prompt upon our arrival, and seated fast. Food was good. There were a lot of options. I didn't see any crab legs like a lot of dinner time buffets, but I wasn't too much interested in those. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend and would also return.“
