“Usually DD from this location, it’s always great! Today, I was at Kroger pharmacy and decided to go to Starbucks after a really rough doctors appt. Starbucks was so rude for no reason to the point I cancelled my order and decided to go to biggby in person down the road. Upon entering, every single lady in the joint “screams HEEELLO!” With a smile, they were all laughing and having fun which immediately made me feel better! They were so nice and accommodating when I asked questions about a drink. And even drew a little “Russian snoopy” in caramel for me 😭 I wanted to cry in the parking lot bc they really made me feel so much better after such a sad/rough morning! Thank you to everyone here, you guys are great through DD and even better in person 🥹🥹🥹❤️❤️❤️“

“Thee best baristas around. Today is the 1st snow of the season and they are here with smiles and the kindest words. I was able to get my chai and silicone hot cup keychain I had been hunting for. Then I watched the staff ask and hand out hot drinks for thr plowmen. They are truly amazing and I will make the drive from Florence just for this service“

“I am not usually a Starbucks regular being an old school straight, black coffee fan. Nevertheless, Once in awhile I do like to slow my world down and enjoy something different. I made a quick stop at this location to treat myself to something a little different. I found the place busy yet the employees were both very busy and equally friendly. My order was correct and tasty! This location is kept ultra clean and well maintained. A little pricey but if want it cheaper then make it at home! As,Always Enjoy!“
