“I had the pleasure of going to this restaurant earlier this week. The margaritas were fabulous! The food I ordered was simply delicious and I cannot give enough kudos to my server Eber. I asked for his name so I could specifically include him in this review. What a nice server and so professional as well as attentive. I’m certain the other servers are very good, but I certainly will be asking for him at my next visit which may become a weekly routine.“

Our server made sure that the drinks and all courses of the meal were presented in perfect time. “We had a really lovely evening celebrating my mom's retirement/ moving to Chicago dinner. Daisha was fantastic and I really appreciated her. She made the dining experience top notch and was patient. We recieved some bubbly and dessert to celebrate my mom's new chapter, which was so sweet and a cherry on top of a lovely meal. “The fried fish was so yummy and mouth watering, just an out of this world experience for me. We brought fried catfish and they were just excellent. I fell in love with the fried fish burger with tomatoes, onions. The only downside was that the fries were quite soft not the traditional crispy ones we would expect but I don't have that much to say against it. “We ordered the cedar plank salmon and the wood grilled tenderloin salad. Both prepared excellently and the porcini mushroom bisque was wonderful. Dinner preparation took a little longer than we'd like but the food definitely made up for it. Would definitely recommend it to our friends.“

“If you're looking for a very good steakhouse with excellent quality food, great service, atmosphere, and affordable that's without the Jeff Ruby price tag, then I would recommend giving this establishment a try. It's a nice step up from your Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse chains. It's very reasonably priced for the food and service you receive. Everything on the menu that I have orderd has been excellent. So if you're looking for something more than your average chain steakhouse without dropping the high end steakhouse pricing, then I would recommend giving it a try.“

But tonight I celebrated my 25th birthday and council and oak (the steakhouse inside the casino) did everything right. The teams professionalism, their humor, and knowledge of wine was nothing short of amazing.

My wine paired great with my streak, all 7 meals at the table were cooked to perfection. Since the GM was out on PTO Mr Mark was leading the ship and did a phenomenal job at it! The server Mr Gregory was also the best.

This is my 2nd time dining at council and oak, and it will not be my last time! My first time was a curated 5 course meal with wine pairings so I didn’t get the individual experience that you would at a birthday dinner. This time around I got the intimate experience and was not disappointed! Hard rock, I hope you take good care of the staff here. They are worth every penny!

“This is our go-to Chinese take out. The food is always good and both my wife and kids enjoy it. The kids get the chicken lo mein and sweet and sour chicken that they call Chinese chicken nuggets. The lo mein is flavorful and the noodles are tender. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy.

I got the beef with broccoli and pork fried rice. The beef was flavorful and the broccoli was cooked perfectly, still just a little crunchy and bright green.

My wife gets the bourbon chicken which is her favorite. It is delicious. She also ordered the cheese wontons (crab Rangoon) and they were crispy and full of filling. The pork egg rolls were good too.“

“My girlfriend ordered the Grueben, and I ordered the Salmon BLT. Both sandwiches were fair, but a bit pricey. The crispy chips were rubbery and undercooked, and the fries were just okay. The service was pretty decent, though.

It was an alright place to eat, mostly for the marina location, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there.

Also, the men’s room is in desperate need of repairs. 😳“

Parking not easy to find nearby with poor signage. My wife has mobility issues, my Father is 92 and mother inlaw also 92 makes for a major inconvenience for customers.“
