“Food was excellent for everything but the bread pudding. It was overpriced, over cooked and tough. I definitely don’t recommend this as a dessert choice. Ribs and steaks were delicious and service great.“

“We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. She moved through that restaurant like Tom cruse in the cockpit of a fighter jet, locking in drink refills, dropping off food with precision, and making jokes the whole time. “I have always loved this place and I think that they still serve good food not sure what happened on Sunday the 9th we never go out to eat on a Sunday for good reasons but had an early dinner there and after tasting the Brussel sprouts I fell so ill please throw out spoilt food and don't serve it to people it was the worst feeling like you're going to die.“

I asked him for a favor if we could be moved upstairs for our big party and they made everything happened. The Food was delicious! Our group had different type of steaks (All cook to perfection) salmon, Chicken piccata and all was superb! The atmosphere was romantic and the music was everything definitely takes you back in time. We weren’t going to order desserts, but we had the Tiramisu and it was the best I’ve ever had. We ordered cannolis, cheese cake and all were delicious. “Where do I begin, of course I hit the floor and I have been to this casino many times and the floor has always been honest and fun.

But tonight I celebrated my 25th birthday and council and oak (the steakhouse inside the casino) did everything right. The teams professionalism, their humor, and knowledge of wine was nothing short of amazing.

My wine paired great with my streak, all 7 meals at the table were cooked to perfection. Since the GM was out on PTO Mr Mark was leading the ship and did a phenomenal job at it! The server Mr Gregory was also the best.

This is my 2nd time dining at council and oak, and it will not be my last time! My first time was a curated 5 course meal with wine pairings so I didn’t get the individual experience that you would at a birthday dinner. This time around I got the intimate experience and was not disappointed! Hard rock, I hope you take good care of the staff here. They are worth every penny!

Great dinner at LongHorn Steakhouse tonight. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken and the chopped steak were both on point—flavorful, cooked perfectly, and absolutely worth the calories. Our friends placed an online order for pickup before we left, and it was ready exactly when it was supposed to be (love when that actually happens). Great food, smooth pickup, and zero complaints—always a win.“

“we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst“

“The last time I was at Outback I ordered pork chops. They were delicious so I ordered them again. They were totally different. No flavor at all. They even looked different. I sent them back and asked them to season and put on the grill. I took them home and heated them the next day. They were good. I'm looking for consistency at restaurants. However, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was great.“

“Tonight my husband and I celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary at Prime in Cincinnati. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. We loved our server Mario. He was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable and able to answer all questions we had. Mario even suggested drinks and food from the menu. We had a wonderful night. Service was amazing!! “Went for a birthday dinner - had a wonderful time. Service was attentive and professional. Just one minor ding - the "hot plate" was not that hot. I have been to other Ruth Chris locations and the plates do truly sing. That first slice and then searing it on the plate is one of the pleasures I look forward to at Ruth Chris. The plates were pretty hot this time, but not that super sear level that I have experienced before. Not a big thing and I will be back - the seasoning and flavors are top notch.“
