“We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. “Mia was excellent. Great service and food. We had reservations on a Sunday at 1130. When we arrived, the restaurant was basically empty. We were seated - four adults looking to enjoy each other's company. Approximately 15 minutes after we sat down, the hostess sat a large party that included 5 toddlers. The noise level went through the ceiling. the entire restaurant was empty - or nearly so. What inspired the staff to sit this noisy bunch near us? We had just started eating making requesting a move very inconvenient to us.“

“No complaints other then prices that need to include a fair enough valuable product for versing cost tax and tips this place is great so why don't they be fair value for what they charge you know and offer more come products like Tropicana fruit punch and gluten free things or ways the meat can come with no juice for people that want that room for condiments or other sensitivity reasons and if you got pork why not pulled pork steakhouse style the longhorns way ?“

“we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst“

“We ate at Prime tonight and it was over the top. The filet was the best steak I’ve ever tasted. The Half Baked Cookie à la mode was delicious and worth every calorie. The service was impeccable. Even the ladies room had layers of unexpected extra offerings that let you know the leadership of Prime is dedicated to making sure customers are very well cared for. We will definitely be back.“

There’s just something special about a steakhouse that’s been around long enough to become part of your life’s timeline. For me, this place has been exactly that. I’ve been eating here for years — birthdays, casual dinners, celebrations, and random nights when only a perfectly cooked steak will do. Walking in still feels familiar in the best way: the warm lighting, the smell of steaks hitting the grill, and the sense that a lot of good memories have happened in those dining rooms. Over the years, the steaks have consistently been the star of the show. When they’re on point — which is most of the time — they’re phenomenal. Great char, cooked just right, and the kind of flavor that reminds you why classic steakhouses never go out of style. The sides and appetizers have also had some standouts, and it’s the kind of place where you can settle in, take your time, and enjoy a proper meal. Like any place that’s been around a long time, it hasn’t always been perfect. Every now and then the service has felt a little rushed or distracted, especially on busier nights. “email we came for the prime rib on Wednesday night and it was absolutely spawned on delicious. Caesar salads are not my favorite, but it was still very good. I wish I could've subbed it out for a different soup or a salad but other than that perfect delicious.“

“If you go, you have to request Tristan as your server. Walked me and my girlfriend through the menu and gave us some delightful choices while providing a great overall experience for a date night. Also, idk what what they got going on in that kitchen but I love it, the tomahawk was cooked and seasoned to perfection, sweet potato casserole was to die for. And the cheesecake was unforgettable. Also the drinks recommended blueberry mojito and blackberry sidecar were spot and delicious yet strong. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended!“
