From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. That said the food and service are of such high quality that Lonely Pine is appropriate for any level of celebration. Top it off, price is more than reasonable. “My mom and I had dinner here just before the kitchen closed, so it wasn’t super busy. Our server, Johnathan, took amazing care of us and was knowledgeable on gluten free items. We ordered the artichokes and beet salad which were delicious, and they even had gluten free bread for our hummus appetizer. There was a kitchen error with the add on of beef tenderloin to my salad but our server took excellent care in correcting it and the manager even came by to ensure we were happy with the service. We finished the dinner with gluten free shot glass desserts and will definitely go back!“

“No complaints other then prices that need to include a fair enough valuable product for versing cost tax and tips this place is great so why don't they be fair value for what they charge you know and offer more come products like Tropicana fruit punch and gluten free things or ways the meat can come with no juice for people that want that room for condiments or other sensitivity reasons and if you got pork why not pulled pork steakhouse style the longhorns way ?“

“At first glance after reading the complaint below (Donald George Heuning III’s remarks), I was a little disappointed as it’s been a several weeks since I’ve visited but have enjoyed many meals over the years at the Cove. There’s just something special about a steakhouse that’s been around long enough to become part of your life’s timeline. For me, this place has been exactly that. I’ve been eating here for years — birthdays, casual dinners, celebrations, and random nights when only a perfectly cooked steak will do. Walking in still feels familiar in the best way: the warm lighting, the smell of steaks hitting the grill, and the sense that a lot of good memories have happened in those dining rooms. Over the years, the steaks have consistently been the star of the show. When they’re on point — which is most of the time — they’re phenomenal. Great char, cooked just right, and the kind of flavor that reminds you why classic steakhouses never go out of style. The sides and appetizers have also had some standouts, and it’s the kind of place where you can settle in, take your time, and enjoy a proper meal. Like any place that’s been around a long time, it hasn’t always been perfect. Every now and then the service has felt a little rushed or distracted, especially on busier nights. I’ve also had the occasional visit where a steak wasn’t quite cooked the way I ordered it, or a side dish felt like it had been sitting a little too long before making its way to the table. “We ate at Prime tonight and it was over the top. The filet was the best steak I’ve ever tasted. The Half Baked Cookie à la mode was delicious and worth every calorie. The service was impeccable. Even the ladies room had layers of unexpected extra offerings that let you know the leadership of Prime is dedicated to making sure customers are very well cared for. We will definitely be back.“

“We started with stuffed mushrooms— good but VERY cheesy. The french onion soup I had next was also very cheesy with little broth and few onions—can’t recommend it. My wife’s salad looked fine. We each had the smothered chopped steak. It was good. Overall the meal was good but not great.“

“we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst“
