Starbucks in Georgetown

“I am a regular Starbucks drinker and everything I've bought here has been served exactly as I've ordered it. However, I have to dock a few points for service and atmosphere. For one, it's ALWAYS crowded. Not that it's their fault, but there is almost never anywhere for me and my kids to sit. The one big table is almost always already accompanied. Again, not their fault. But I'm also not impressed by the staff's attitude. They're not friendly, don't make conversation, and even when I ask how their day is going, they seem quiet or burnt out. I can't be too harsh with this review, however there are several improvements that can be made, most of which are the staff. Regardless, they always have a wide variety of cups and coffee bags, and their drinks are accurately created.“

“So, I hadn't ever actually drank Starbucks prior to going to this one (urged by my girlfriend who wanted a hot caramel apple cider and begged. I myself not big of coffee) I asked the woman working at the time what they had that was "chocolate and sweet" I don't remember the name, but whatever it was exceeded my expectations. A pleasurable experience and good first trip to starbucks.“

“I go to this starbucks almost everyday and absolutely LOVE them! The staff are incredible and I even have conversations with some of them while watching them make my coffee. Very VERY rarely will they mistakenly mess up my order, but they ALWAYS fix it! I’ve even done a mobile order to the wrong starbucks before on accident and went into their store thinking i had ordered it there and they said there wasn’t an order for me. I checked my app and realized i had order it to the one across town, i told them i would go get my wallet and order it in person and one of the baristas told me it was fine and not to worry about it that she would make my coffee anyways. I’ve NEVER been unpleased with this starbucks!“
