“As much as i love mcallisters recently when i’ve gotten a salad the lettuce has been soggy or slightly browning, there has never been enough dressing as well, making it taste like plain lettuce. Now the chicken caesar wrap it tends to be pretty inconsistent on the quality of the wrap itself, loose and causing all the food in it to fall as soon as you pick it up. as far as customer service there’s nothing here to complain about. all the employees are kind and helpful and seem to know what they’re doing.“

“This is in a gas station, so they don’t take Subway rewards, which is my only complaint. Otherwise, I was amazed at the cleanliness and efficiency. They had 3 or 4 employees working and it was like a well-oiled machine. I loved it that they had a bunch of knives out, and when they closed and cut your sandwich, you got a new knife every time. I think it’s disgusting when other Subways use the same knife for every sandwich. So, no complaints here!

“Honestly I've been at Subway locations from New York to this l ok location here in Elizabethtown KY and the I am so happy and impressed with this particular location on West Dixie. Clean and vibrant but most of all the costumer service i experienced was not only amazing not 💯% genuine. Tuesday June 10th here @ 520 pm. These three are really a true asset for subway..I won't go to any other location.“

“Food was excellent ! The fries was delicious and I'm not a fry person at all ! Staff went above and beyond to make sure or visit was like we was the only ones in the whole restaurant ! I have 1 complaint . The lids kept popping off our dranks and the drank would spill on us . That's the 1 and only complaint that I could give them . I would totally recommend eating here just be really careful with your drank so you don't end up wearing it .“
