“I dunno what to say...TEN OUTTA TEN!! DIAMOND WAS THE SWEETEST AND MOST LOVELY WAITRESS WHO HAS EVER EXISTED. We were on a trip with THIRTY FIVE crazy teenagers and they handled it so well! Their service was beyond anything I've ever experienced. She legit gave us a waffle FOR FREE. And I like free stuff! First we got a cheese steak melt to share and then Diamond came over with a big smile on her face ready to serve us further! We are from Cali and this was a great first time Kentucky experience! The tunes were pumpin' and Diamond started DANCING AND SINGING ALONG WITH US!! She called us her waffle house fam!! I love Diamond guys!! Diamond, if you see this, we love you so much! God bless you and I hope we can come back!! I will never forget this experience!“

“Food was tasty but not hot. They brought out the wrong dish. Set it in front of us. Came back a few minutes later and we told them they gave us the wrong dish. Watched them take it back to the kitchen where they looked to see what table it should go to. They then took that dish and served it to another customer. Be careful your food might have been in front of another customer before it gets to you. That’s a health code violation, wonder what else they are doing to save a buck“

“Today, 11.02.2021, a friend and l were in search of good breakfast food. Before dropping her off, we stopped at the Waffle House on Delhi Pike. The employees at this establishment were some of the warmest and friendliest group of people l have met since COVID. Fast service, our waiter Dante explained how we were able to mix and match the breakfast we had chosen. With the turn of our head, our meals were before us. The grits were freshly made, the toast was to a perfection with butter melted, everything about the meals were on point. The staff keep the restaurant clean. “We got there right after the breakfast rush, so they were a little tired and irritable with each other. Our waitress was very sweet and ready to serve! The food was good as usual, since WH has the best cheese eggs out there!! Tables were messy, so it took a while to be seated. While we were eating, a server was cleaning and mopping with bleach, which I've learned to love the smell of, since COVID... That was a plus!“
