McDonald's in Lexington

“I went to the McPlay place but the other children, unfortunately, were being real mean to me. Everything smelled like poop and the ball pit smelled like cleaning solution. Hey you can't just take a dump in the ball pit then dump sanitizer all over it. Poor me.

Still better than staying at the Microtel by Wyndham. But that's setting the bar low (no monkey bars at the Microtel)

Kid-friendliness: They help you build character so you're properly equipped for your Microtel stay. If you press 'I' it will open your inventory you can snag one of the balls of each individual color“

“This McDonalds is the best one I have been to in awhile! The food was hot and fresh! I actually had to let it cool off for a minute. The girl taking orders was quiet but polite. Our food came out quickly. The Oreo pie was tasty, although very sweet. My husband and I split it.“

“I never expect much from fast food chains but i know that i can always count on this McDonald's. Food always come out fresh and they know how to make coffee! Their coffee is always strong and i'm glad they don't add tons of creamer or syrup to my coffee! Great management. Lovin it'“

“I love the fact that you can get tasty food quickly in these places, if you don't have the time to wait. But the sizes are smaller and not very cheap. For a few more dollars, I could go eat to a restaurant if I had the time. Still gave 4 stars.“

“This was hands down the best mcdonalds I've had in years. Came here around 1 pm for lunch, everything was hot and fresh, all my sauces were included etc, and it was pretty busy and I still got my food in about 5 minutes from a mobile order.“

“Did curbside pick up but had to end up going in to get food because I waited for almost 20 minutes and no one had brought my food. They were busy and maybe understaffed, but it was very inconvenient for me at the time. Food is always good and fresh at this location though.

“As my friends and I embarked on a journey to try and survive camping in sub-degree temps, we decided this McDonald’s was the place for us to start our trip off right. We initially planned to order at the kiosks but a friendly lady beckoned us to order at the counter with a big smile! She seemed like she was delighted to serve me and had a twinkle in her eye. The food was ready at lightning speed! It was the first time I ever had coffee that was hot but not too hot that I couldn’t take a drink right away. They kindly pre-mixed my creamer in my coffee for me - wow! Everyone was extraordinarily friendly for a McKee Dee’s and one worker even complimented my ugly Chaco boots on our way out saying “those are so cute” and I said “thank you! My friend over there has Chaco boots too”, “oh, cute”“

“This is a great McDonalds. I come here often since the McDonalds next to my house is a disaster. This location is almost always on point. They are friendly and work with a sense of urgency. The employees actually take their time to try and make the food with care.“

Vegetarian options: It's McDonald's they are killing us with there yummy greasy foods

“I am 10 years old one day my Sunday school teacher took my class to McDonald’s and I asked for Ranch which I didn’t have any money apparently it was 35 Change Which of course the 10 year me I didn’t have any money to my Sunday school teacher and ask her if she has 35 Change on her shesaid no So I went to go sit down with my table back to chitchatting next thing I know the workers that took my order, but I asked for another ranch. She comes over here and drops two ranches.“

“Good people, I don't really like McDonald's food, however their breakfast is the one thing I do enjoy. But a welcoming crew, and a calm environment to sit and bring the family.

Parking: About 50 parking spots. This includes for online ordering and catering to car.

“Can’t say much for atmosphere when this and all McDonalds have basically been converted to drive through mobile orders. I eat in my car.

Amazing for a fast food restaurant to almost always get my order right. I hope the owners are paying their staff well. These workers are busting their butts to make it all work and deserve the credit.

How can you rate food that is the same every where? They do faithfully honor requests like no pickles and don’t over salt the fries, so I’m happy .

Have I mentioned; McDonald’s, your work force is the reason you exist. I’ve seen customers treat them horribly. I know it costs you a few dimes to make your $3.75 french fries. I pray you’re spending the profit on your workers and not your shareholders“

“Normally I'm not a McDonald's person but after a pretty bad experience out and about on the town I went to McDonald's with my service dog immediately when I walked in they noticed that we were hot from being outside they gave me a big bowl of water for my service dog and told me that I could sit and take my time and tell me and my service dog cooled off then after a few minutes I was able to order once my service dog had cooled off like I said I'm normally not a McDonald's person but this McDonald's really knows how to treat service dog teams right“

“The food could have definitely been better my chicken stunk and it was hard... but the STAFF made up for it. I grabbed the ladies name who took my order this morning because her bright smile kind words and over all demeanor made everything else better . Id give the restaurant 4 stars- but Latasha in the first window 10.“

“I was gonna call the manager, but I said nope, Google needs to know. The two sweet, very pretty young ladies that helped me at drive-thru were awesome. I look for this and appreciate it. They made me smile they will remember me about no pickles because hard to eat with no bottom teeth. Give these girls a raise! It was a great experience.“

“My pappaw is in the nursing home and he still craves hot coffee and apple pie. They recognize us from our usual order for him and always greet us warmly. Would recommend this location over many others for being genuine and down to earth and building customer rapport.“

“I recently visited McDonald’s on Saturday night and received excellent service from Debbie. She was polite, quick, and made sure my order was correct before handing it to me. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude made my experience better than basic. She deserves recognition for the great job she’s doing in comparison to some mcdonald’s workers. “I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since the start, started off to a very rocky start. Hoping that it would get better over time I continued to come here since it’s closest to my house… well yesterday was the day I can finally say there is some hope for this new McDonald’s. I called to talk to a manager because my food was made wrong the previous day and I wanted to have it redone. From what it sounded it was a boy speaking to me on the food saying he will personally take care of it. Came inside their lobby, already to a good start since it’s usually close, and I asked to talk to the manager the curly hair boy who I had never seen before said your speaking to him. I told him my name the food that was missing I was in and out under 2 minutes with fresh food and get this, fry’s. Just as promised he personally got this food out for me even with the staff calling out for him. That boy was rushing everywhere at once to help them before I left… I could tell they where awfully busy but he kept his cool even for a boy his age i will return and I hope they keep getting a better staff like that“
