“I just need to brag on Corey for a second. I was having some serious trouble with DoorDash, and they told me they were booked with two orders. It has been almost an hour since my order and this was the first time I had heard from DoorDash to tell me they were “running behind”. Well, great now I’m going to get cold pizza. I called the store and spoke with Corey and told him that situation. He confirmed my order was still there and had been sitting there for quite some time. I told him I had confirmed the dasher was on her way and he offered to make the whole order over again just to make sure I didn’t get cold pizza. It was the sweetest gesture, especially when he didn’t have to. I cannot shout out this kind of service enough. Not the norm and I’m so thankful I got him. “My family has frequented this Donato’s location for probably two decades now, and I can say we’ve always had great service and amazing food every time. We love the Founder’s Favorite and Mariachi Chicken pizzas, and we always order them whenever we get together. David L was friendly and efficient, and we even got our order earlier than expected. Can’t recommend this place enough!!“

“While the old man can be grouchy he puts a great spin on it that wil give you that home town pizza vibe which honestly is fantastic. The price may seem a few dollars more than the main stream pizza places but they are far more filling better details to the dough and sauce you will find that it fills you up about twice as much as if you went else where. Always satisfied with the service and pizza and it taste even better the next day when reheated too.

Vegetarian options: Depends on if you can eat cheese they have veggie pizza heck will even make them without cheese as long as your polite they will make it anyway you specify right then and there but be clear and simple on the instructions.“

We sat in a booth where I had a clear view of the food prep area as the swinging door into the area did not close when a staff member entered. As we were waiting for our food, I watched and an employee sitting inside the door was on his phone and vaping the entire time, until he finally got up and moved out of sight. The service was slower than we have experienced in the past, seemed very disorganized. Not to mention that the metal wall next to our booth was filthy.“

“We had a fantastic experience at the Nicholasville Rd. Fazoli's. 4 of us stopped in for lunch and we were so glad we did. Jessica took great care of us down to every extra cup of sauce and just gave us great service and smiles. The stuffed shells were cheese heaven. I've never been an alfredo girly but I was converted for today! Better than the jarred stuff from the grocery store imo. All in all the food was just as great as the home cooked Italian food I grew up with up north.

“Let me start by saying the food is FANTASTIC! West Coast is one of the best pizza places in town. Every order is freshly made, toppings are top notch and their sauces are perfect for dipping.
However buyer beware (and this pains me to tell you this). The last 3 times we have ordered carryout when the card reader is turned towards me the employee added a tip without my consent! This is shady and it needs to stop immediately. I don't mind tipping for great food but this should be left to the patron and not the employees“

“10/25/25 Today I hosted a Car Show for the Lexington Firefighters Toy Program at Frederick Douglass HS. During set up our Food Truck had to cancel and it left me scrambling on what to do to feed the people. I called a few places in hopes to get someone out with no luck. On a whim I called Jets and explained what happened to the Manager who immediately agreed to help! They donated pizza for us without hesitation. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that! Sometimes they miss extra add-ons but they won't mind fixing it if they do. Friendly, fast, and above average.“

“Pretty good location for parties! The best part of this place is the price, where you can get access to the arcade and unlimited access to the buffet. First off, the arcade is pretty nice, it has a pretty substantial amount of games to play, with my favorite probably being the one where you punch this bag super hard and you get a score based on how hard you hit it. For the buffet, it’s honestly pretty lackluster. There is an okay amount of options to choose from, but most of it isn’t very good and isn’t super warm or anything. The tea (sweet and unsweet) isn’t cold so you’re just drinking this lukewarm tea and eating this lukewarm pizza and it overall just isn't a super great experience. Just due to its nature, the whole environment is pretty gross, being an arcade for children and all, but bumper cards were fun and the staff is pretty nice. Overall worth a shot, especially if you have little ones.“

“I go to Roosters often; I have great times there, from the good food to the great atmosphere. The wooden booths, quirky signs, and numerous TVs make it a great place for people to relax and have a good time. A good way to pass the time while I’m waiting for my food is to watch a football game or play the occasional trivia they have on sometimes. On my last visit, I came with my friend and boyfriend, and we had a great time eating a variety of food and being served by an excellent waiter who was friendly and efficient. When it comes to our food, Roosters never goes wrong with their curly fries and boneless wings. The wings were perfectly crisp, and the hot sauce is always top tier. The atmosphere is what brings it all together, from groups to families and friends to people just sitting at the bar. It is always cheerful and full of life every time I come here. I would say that Roosters delivers a perfect balance of good food and fun, and it's always a pleasure to go, so I plan to keep coming back many times after.“
