“We had a fantastic experience at the Nicholasville Rd. Fazoli's. 4 of us stopped in for lunch and we were so glad we did. Jessica took great care of us down to every extra cup of sauce and just gave us great service and smiles. The stuffed shells were cheese heaven. I've never been an alfredo girly but I was converted for today! Better than the jarred stuff from the grocery store imo. All in all the food was just as great as the home cooked Italian food I grew up with up north.

“We have eaten here several times and have enjoyed our meals very much. Unfortunately, last night did not go as well. We sat in a booth where I had a clear view of the food prep area as the swinging door into the area did not close when a staff member entered. As we were waiting for our food, I watched and an employee sitting inside the door was on his phone and vaping the entire time, until he finally got up and moved out of sight. The service was slower than we have experienced in the past, seemed very disorganized. Not to mention that the metal wall next to our booth was filthy.“

“While the old man can be grouchy he puts a great spin on it that wil give you that home town pizza vibe which honestly is fantastic. The price may seem a few dollars more than the main stream pizza places but they are far more filling better details to the dough and sauce you will find that it fills you up about twice as much as if you went else where. Always satisfied with the service and pizza and it taste even better the next day when reheated too.

Vegetarian options: Depends on if you can eat cheese they have veggie pizza heck will even make them without cheese as long as your polite they will make it anyway you specify right then and there but be clear and simple on the instructions.“

This time, the staff (including the red headed manager) were rude and the food took multiple hours when we were told 40 minutes. Do better! Idk whether it's spelt "Christy" or "Kristy" in her case, but she is a very sweet waitress and is always brightening my visits. She gives me better customer service than not only anybody who's ever waited on me at Puccini's, but better than anybody who's ever waited on me anywhere I have been out to eat. I totally recommend you go there and support her as someone who can give the same type of service to you.“

“I really like this place, I would definitely recommend it. I have ordered from here several times and it's always been just perfect. They do a fabulous job despite the fact that they seem to be under staffed (college kids this is a great place to work and besides it build character it's time to go back to work) I really appreciate how my order is always consistent and I appreciate all the handwork thank you Ashland and Main Donatos.

“I have went to another donatos Pizza last week and for some reason the pizza wasn't good and decided to come over here to this one because I don't like sauce on my pizza and ISABEL was so informing to know about the menu and was very patiently to me she told me that she had only been doing this for 2 weeks and I thought that she was doing great. I would like to say that I had to get two pizzas made and they was really great because the taste of the dough is different than what I had before they was very patient and understanding with me and I was able to just order a salad but I would recommend this donatos the customer service is great the cleanliness of the restaurant is good Dave was so nice and has been busy the whole entire time that I've been here due to UK football game everyone has worked with a smile on their face if only everyone in customer service would be like the people here“

“This store, alongside other Sir Pizzas in Lexington, needs a major renovation.
Surely, it brings back memories. However, it is a dark and dingy store.
They have updated the music box, and they have a decent sound system.
Seating, tables, and walls, even the ceiling, all need a major update.
As far as food prices go, I do believe they are equally competitive with others. Maybe even a little under.
Talking with employees the pay is definitely low.
Now, on the good side, the pizza is delicious, and thanks for the trip back to the 70s.“

I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“

The salad bar is a standout, though! The setup is pretty cool, too—there’s a designated area where kids can watch Disney movies while they eat, a sports section for adults, and regular seating as well. Plus, there are plenty of arcade games to enjoy.

“Worth the 35-minute drive to come there. The atmosphere was fun, but not too loud or rowdy (I went in the early afternoon). There were plenty of games on - American football, Premier League. The restaurant and restrooms were cleaned, and the stalls even have full-length doors (which we should have everywhere in this country). The service was conscientious, helpful and friendly, without feeling overbearing or feeling like I was being begged for tips. Decent selection of beer. The food was fine, if bland. In all, a positive experience.“
