“I wanted to give a shoutout to Nathaniel who truly went above and beyond today! 10/10 experience start to finish. I came through with a multiple drink order and was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for one of the drinks and when I was turning into the parking spot one of my drinks spilled in my seat! When Nathaniel came outside he saw my spill and immediately offered to remake my drink and then came back with a towel and cleaned the spill. I rarely go to Starbucks but this experience will definitely bring me back!“

“Store was very disorganized and cluttered. Take were not clean. Had to have a choice for restroom and difficult to get anyone's attention to get it and it's a little embarrassing to have to ask in front of all people in the store to hear. Workers seemed to care very little about anything“

I order the same few items regularly, and if I forget an ingredient they will remember and ask me if I would like it - basically, they know my orders better than I do! “A small but complete Starbucks tucked away inside a Kroger store. It's a busy Kroger, so parking is not super easy. There aren't enough tables, so it is mainly a take out or drink while you shop operation. They can check out your groceries for you if you don't have many and are grabbing a coffee on the way out.“
“Stopped in for an afternoon coffee and their blonde roast wasn't brewing. They made a pour over, all the while apologizing for the wait. I know this situation was out of their control, but their awareness of keeping me in the loop was appreciated.“
“Went this morning to get an order for moms and kids before a golf tournament. I had multiple items to order. Scarlett and Gray were working, both were TOP NOTCH. I had to add a couple drinks after my initial order. They didn’t even bat an eye at my additional items. All were made PERFECT. Food was fresh and hot. There was no way I was carrying 7 drinks and 4 food items out to my car alone. Scarlett was like I can help you. She and Gray were what a customer service should be. “One thing I always appreciate at Starbucks is the friendly hello you get. I don't order much good these days because it's just microwaved and usually average with the same old stuff or often sold out, which i guess is great, for them.
Drinks are often just fine, and consistently made the way you choose. That's important.
I appreciate their clean bathrooms.
Wish they were separate for male and female. Wait times are often too long for the amount of staff and not even a mass of customers. All in all a well-oiled-machine.

“I’m not sure why this Starbucks is only 3.9 stars but this Starbucks is the best one that I have ever went to. They have ALWAYS made me want to come back and no other store, no other restaurants, or groceries shops could EVER match the energy this Starbucks brings every morning. They are the most polite group of people and when I walk in I’m welcomed BY NAME and the staff makes conversation while I wait on my mobile order. I have literally almost 800 reward stars and All of them were earned only coming to this specific Starbucks. I have never been around such an amazing and welling working team of people. I have never been employed somewhere that brought this kind of energy. I will forever apply my loyalty to this Starbucks!!“
“I stupidly ordered to the wrong Starbucks location but I was already settled in with my laptop and work, and Hannah was SO kind to make my drinks at this location. She was so sweet and didn't make me feel bad about it at all. The drinks here are obviously delicious but the people working here so so friendly and kind-hearted which makes all the difference!“

“This was my first time at the UK student center's Starbucks location. In what I've found out is odd, there was no line when I arrived, but one formed about two minutes after. I was glad that the cashier didn't make my drink since she was scratching her mouth as I walked up to the counter. There were two guys working who disappeared as I was ordering. But they came out before too long & made my drink. My drink was good, but all of the other places I've had it on campus have been great. This tasted a little watered down“
“This is one of the busiest Starbucks I ever go to that is also always understaffed and consistently shorted by deliveries.Despite this, the staff take the time to learn your name and your orders and do what they can to make your experience incredible. They will recommend different drinks to try when they are out of supplies for other drinks and love to try new things.It is my absolute favorite store and I always leave with a smile and a delicious beverage.“
“This Starbucks is inside the Healthy Kentucky Research Building (HKRB, aka RB2). It is almost impossible to park anywhere near the building, though, because it is on the University of Kentucky campus and you need an expensive permit to park practically everywhere. The staff is nice and you can pay using your Starbucks app and get stars for your orders. However, you cannot mobile order in advance on the Starbucks app.“
“Pulled up to a line of cars almost entirely wrapped around the parking lot. I put a mobile order in about 10 minutes before but I fully expected to have to wait considering the line. Walked in to find my order the way I wanted it with the staff trying their best.Also while I'm here, one time I put a mobile order in and went out to find that my car wouldn't start. I couldn't cancel in the app so I had to call and they let me come in the next day and they remade the order for free. They're super accommodating and they work hard, they just get slammed sometimes.“

“We were swinging through on a road trip and I ran in to get whole milk for my daughter. The two men working couldn’t have been kinder to me. I ran back in to use the bathroom and change my daughter and was again greeted with so much joy. To round of the evening, I had to run in again with my son to use the bathroom and had promised him a cake pop. The man working had heard me tell my son he could have a cake pop and so it was waiting for us when we came out of the bathroom. As a mom of two young kiddos on a very long road trip, this kindness made my entire night. I tried contacting Starbucks with this review but couldn’t locate the store so I hope it gets to the sweet gentleman. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, the world needs more people like you both!“
