“I was kind of in a hurry but had to go in because there isn't a drive thru. There was very limited seating inside but the staff was friendly and I got my order fairly quickly despite it being quite busy at the time. I hate the limited parking and parking lot.“

“I picked it up thinking I was mysterious and composed, but the cup sat there like a quiet reminder that I am one spilled sip away from being a walking cautionary tale. The French vanilla moves smooth, like someone who has watched me make enough questionable choices to stay silent out of mercy. The almond creamer keeps everything sugar free, which feels like the drink gently pointing out that discipline is something I talk about more than I practice. And the misto base tastes like accountability in liquid form.

Five stars because it is the only thing in my life that does not judge my personal avoidance of blondes. Not because blondes are bad, but because I make bad decisions around them. This drink does not distract me, derail me, or send me into a spiral. It just sits there, dark and dependable, like the one stable relationship I can actually maintain. And the misto wasn't $1000. So this might be a guilty pleasure but I don't have to consult my bankruptcy attorney over it.“

“This is my favorite local Starbucks, hands down. I always grab a table here when I need a change of scenery to focus on work. The atmosphere is bright and clean—I love the marble tabletops!

The real star is the coffee. I ordered the Cold Brew, and it was perfectly smooth and strong. It hit the spot and gave me the energy boost I needed to power through my afternoon tasks on my laptop“

“I lucked out and had some random monies on the app! The humans that greeted me and helped me make up my mind on what cutesy drink I wanted (cough that contained caffeine and was vegan) were absolutely so so sweet! I love them. Thank you guys for brightening my day, it's workers like you that makes the service industry worth it.“

“I've only been living in the area for 6 months and have only ever came to this Starbucks. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. The place is kept pretty cleaned constantly. The inside is usually slow as I love it since I do not like crowded study areas where doing work is unbearable. Drive through is usually busy. Inside is pretty big and homey vibes. Love it here!!! The staff is one of the reason I also only come here!!“

“Getting in to the Starbucks was NOT easy, but totally worth it! The drinks were spectacular! Service was quick and friendly and made our drinks so good!I'd definitely come back to this one (especially now that I know how to get into the parking lot... LOL)“

I order the same few items regularly, and if I forget an ingredient they will remember and ask me if I would like it - basically, they know my orders better than I do! “The worse starbucks in the city. Theo was horrible and incompetent on Thursday August 5th morning. Missed my pick up order and then argued that I should be in que as her missing it was not the problem. Sad, coz this is the closest starbucks but will not be going back again because of horrible and disrespectful customer service who refuse to see their own mistakes.“

“Went this morning to get an order for moms and kids before a golf tournament. I had multiple items to order. Scarlett and Gray were working, both were TOP NOTCH. I had to add a couple drinks after my initial order. They didn’t even bat an eye at my additional items. All were made PERFECT. Food was fresh and hot. There was no way I was carrying 7 drinks and 4 food items out to my car alone. Scarlett was like I can help you. She and Gray were what a customer service should be. “A small but complete Starbucks tucked away inside a Kroger store. It's a busy Kroger, so parking is not super easy. There aren't enough tables, so it is mainly a take out or drink while you shop operation. They can check out your groceries for you if you don't have many and are grabbing a coffee on the way out.“

“I got a strawberry lemonade refresher today and it was AMAZING and my barista, Bella, gave me great service. On top of that, the strawberries were amazing and I ordered extra ON THE SIDE to snack on. Allison I don’t know what your issue is but you seem like an awful person! “My Goodness!! Excellent customer service. The bar was bad and the Wi-Fi was down. My gift card won’t go through. After several tries the guy at the window said I could just have the coffee. No charge! Such kindness!! This made my day. Thanks for your thoughtfulness. I am a customer for life!! Yep, it’s just coffee, but after getting my taxes done and dealing with a few health issues, this was huge! Keep taking great care of your customers!! It matters! 😁😁😁“

“One thing I always appreciate at Starbucks is the friendly hello you get. I don't order much good these days because it's just microwaved and usually average with the same old stuff or often sold out, which i guess is great, for them.
Drinks are often just fine, and consistently made the way you choose. That's important.
I appreciate their clean bathrooms.
Wish they were separate for male and female. Wait times are often too long for the amount of staff and not even a mass of customers. All in all a well-oiled-machine.

“Staying at a hotel nearby and needed my cold brew for the day. Layout of this Starbucks is interesting. Tall ceilings and odd shape to seating area make this Starbucks a unique location. Even the drive-thru is unique. Staff was friendly and made a great drink.“

“Overall, Starbucks is truly a great place. They always have welcoming atmospheres, the place always has a note of coffee beans in the air, and the staff overall are very friendly and offer great service. The only reason I'm leaving a four-star review and not a 5 is simply because of their prices. I personally am an absolute sucker for a frappuchino, but while experimenting with smoothies and such, I discovered that you can actually take some coffee creamer (Chobani's the best I've used), ice, milk, ice cream, and any toppings you might want (i.e. crushed Heath bars, Andy's thin mints, freeze-dried fruit, etc). Surprisingly enough, you can actually get roughly 10-20 frappuchinos for the price of 4 or 5. Yep, you heard me right---you can do your own custom flavors without the steep price... however, doing it yourself, if you're a picky person like me when it comes to consistency, you could possibly be working on your drink for 20 minutes or more.

If you're on a time crunch, get in the drive thru at Starbucks. But if you've got a little more time on your hands and have other people who want a frappuchino, try making it yourself.“

“I am a student here at UK so I'm frequently here at this Starbucks, my favorite thing about the Starbucks in the student center is the lounge area they have. There are lots of coffee tables and areas to sit inside and outside. I typically feel very relaxed when I'm there, as the vibe is very cozy, and calm. The staff are very nice and welcoming, however when it comes to the performance of the staff they tend to work a little slowly when making drinks/food. If you have never been to this location before I would recommend that if you're getting a drink or food to place an order beforehand as the wait can be awhile and they get extremely busy really fast. As I am a student, sometimes the wait makes me late to class. Also I think it's important to know that this location doesn’t accept FLEX dollars. But overall I'd recommend this Starbucks location 100% to students as it's convenient and close to the dorms, dining hall and classes.“

“The Starbucks inside the Willy T Library is one of my favorite spots on campus. Being that this is the largest Starbucks on a college campus, it is always busy no matter what time of day you go. Because of that, the wait times can get pretty long especially between 12-4 p.m. during peak hours of the day. As an avid Starbucks drinker, I still think it is worth it if you need a caffeine boost while studying or if you have time in between classes. The seating options are great and there are plenty of tables, couches, and comfy chairs that make it easy (or in my case harder) to get work done. It's super convenient for students since it's on Central Campus and it's the perfect place to meet up with friends or do some homework. Even though it does get crowded, I can see the employees are trying their best to keep up when the rush comes in to make all of their customers happy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone looking for a comfortable spot to relax during the day.“

“The Starbucks in the Gatton student center is one of my go to places for a drink or to just chill out and study. The atmosphere in this Starbucks is dramatically different depending on the time of day you are there. Morning rushes can be pretty busy, but later in the day it is usually chill. The staff at this Starbucks are awesome. They are hard working and haven't made any mistakes for me yet. They are also just good people. I’m always greeted with a smile in there. Another nice thing about this Starbucks is there are good places to sit. It is also mixed with the bookstore so there is lots to look at. The natural lighting from the windows helps the vibe and makes it even nicer to study in. The mix of the smell of coffee and people chattering creates an awesome environment to get work done. These are the many things that make this Starbucks awesome.“

“Stopped through Winston-Salem while traveling with my family and ended up at this Starbucks. First and foremost, staff was awesome, and very accommodating with my two young toddlers. Our order came out correct and was very good considering we’re Starbucks frequents. The store manager Monique, even came out and spoke with our family while we dined in. Overall, my family enjoyed the experience with staff, the coffee/food, and the entertainment.“
