Burger King in Louisville

“They rebuilt this place not long ago and every since it's been incredible. Whoever runs this place has it on lock down they run a tight ship. The burgers are so hot steam coming off them. Fries so hot and fresh you gotta wait to eat them.“

“The food at this location is good, but the drinks are so packed with ice you have trouble inserting the straw. If they gave you less ice, it could easily be a 5 star. The lobby also looks nicer than other Burger Kings I have been to, with plenty of space for seating, and some pretty lights and hanging decorations.“

“Just thought I would share came to burger King this am on 10/1/2025 and the service was great the gentleman who took my order was very Pleasant and patient I got the French toast and the cost was even better!! After my service was a He's disaster at Wendy's on dixie I decided to give it another try and glad I did...this will be my fast breakfast place from now on out“

“Good Burger King for the Food. The Employees are engaging, friendly, knowledgeable, actually seem to care and will make sure your order is right. (~95% of the time, sometimes they just have off days)
Inside is usually clean, nothing is broken/out of service normally, and the bathrooms aren't in bad shape.
Overall a damn decent Burger King location with good food and friendly people.“

“I’ve been to this Burger King on Preston Highway in Okolona several times, and it’s been a pretty solid experience. The food is usually good, especially when you’re looking for a quick burger, fries, or a classic Whopper. The location is convenient, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Like any fast food place, it can depend on how busy they are, but overall this is a reliable spot to grab a quick meal when I’m in the area.“

“The guy working the driv thru- I believe his name was Landon, was incredible. After a rough start to my day, he was very polite, went above and beyond to complete my order, and made sure to ask how I was doing. He deserves a raise. “For the amount of homeless people around this area, the staff at this BK goes out of their way to assist or aid if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe as a result of the area to which the staff has zero control. 10/10 recommend! 💯🙌🏻“

While I was waiting in line right as I got to the desk, some lady walked around me and got straight in front of me and he expertly navigated the situation without causing any conflict and I was able to receive my food in the order I arrived!

“I visited this Burger King and was happy with the quality overall. The food was prepared well and served hot, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. The only drawback was that the wait time was longer than I expected, which took away from the convenience a little. Other than that, everything else was very good and I would come back again.“
