Burger King in Louisville

“Some burger kings get a 5 and some get a 3 but I have never had a terrible experience. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but for the most part the service is fair and the food is good with fair prices. To me the Whopper is the best tasting fast food burger out of all the national chains. Flame broiled just gets it every time. Plus they dont charge for stupid stuff. I asked for a cup of ice at one when I didn't even buy anything and they didn't charge me a dime. Pretty cool for the way everything is now days.“

“Just thought I would share came to burger King this am on 10/1/2025 and the service was great the gentleman who took my order was very Pleasant and patient I got the French toast and the cost was even better!! After my service was a He's disaster at Wendy's on dixie I decided to give it another try and glad I did...this will be my fast breakfast place from now on out“

“When the place across the street was too crowded we decided to come here instead. Burger King proved our choice correct! They got our food to us quickly and we enjoyed it in a very clean setting. I appreciate the Coca-Cola freestyle machine.“

“The food at this location is good, but the drinks are so packed with ice you have trouble inserting the straw. If they gave you less ice, it could easily be a 5 star. The lobby also looks nicer than other Burger Kings I have been to, with plenty of space for seating, and some pretty lights and hanging decorations.“

“Family of six so had a large order. Tonight's staff rocked! They were out of the chicken needed on the wraps but were able to use a different kind in there and the kids say they still taste good. Asked for extra pickles on a few of the burgers and they hella delivered 💜💙 the peppercorn BLT tasted better than I had anticipated and the Watermelon lemonade is mouthwateringly delicious. They apologized for us having to wait a bit but honestly it couldn't have been more than ten minutes and I'm for sure never going to complain about fresh dropped fries 🤷‍♀“

“Manager Nick is the best. So positive and works his butt off. More places need guys like Nick. The rest of the team seemed to be working well together too. Came in on 6/5/26 @ 11:55am

“Placed a mobile order on the app for the new Krabby Patty meal. Everything was like it was advertised, even in the pineapple box. Order was correct and I appreciate them getting it right because I was really looking forward to it. Glad this is my neighborhood BK.“

While I was waiting in line right as I got to the desk, some lady walked around me and got straight in front of me and he expertly navigated the situation without causing any conflict and I was able to receive my food in the order I arrived!
This man definitely deserve some recognition and raise! Keep up the great work!“

“The guy working the driv thru- I believe his name was Landon, was incredible. After a rough start to my day, he was very polite, went above and beyond to complete my order, and made sure to ask how I was doing. He deserves a raise. Not many people show that kind of respect and care anymore. Take care of him Burger King!“

“For the amount of homeless people around this area, the staff at this BK goes out of their way to assist or aid if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe as a result of the area to which the staff has zero control. 10/10 recommend! 💯🙌🏻“
