“So my birthday is March 7th, and I came into the poplar level rd location after working a 10 hour shift. I am so happy I decided to get dinner there tonight and not head straight home. They all went above and beyond to serve me. It has been very hard to go from celebrating my birthday always with someone to celebrating alone now because my aunt (same birthday) passed away on this day a while back. This was the best experience I could have asked for. I will be talking about this for years to come. They all deserve a raise or some sort of compensation for this. I have never been treated so well. I cannot stress this enough that this was the best birthday I have had in literal years.“
“Staff was nice and friendly. The waitress didn't keep us waiting. She checked on us often but not too much. Our drinks stayed full. Our food came out quickly hot and correct. We didn't have to ask for something more than once. And we didn't have to wait too long for her to bring what we needed. The food was good. The prices were decent.“

“The waiter was very prompt I think his name cole I’m bad w names but we’ve had him serve us many times and he’s just one of those east kinda goes with the flow kinda guys refreshing I give him 5 stars and that’s very rare for me so if you want a nice laid back meal see him . “I had the best waitress and I hate that my memory is failing me on her name (it might have been Lacie). She was super sweet and attentive. The food took a little while but my goodness my chicken crispers were nearly too hot to eat and same for my French fries. The chips and salsa were very tasty too. I came in hungry but I couldn't eat half of it since the portions were huge. I had pretty much washed my hands of Chili's restaurants but I'm going to try the one nearest to me again to see if they are half as good as what I got from a visiting airport!“
“We almost stopped going to Chili's because of several bad experiences at the Hurstbourne location over the last few years. HOWEVER! The Chili's on Hurstbourne has stepped up their game! We have eaten there three times over the last two months and each time the food and service was amazing and affordable.“
