Chili's in Louisville

“I haven't eaten at Chilli's in years but I kept seeing the videos of the triple dipper on social media so of course the internet finally won me over lol. I ordered pick up through the app after signing up for their rewards program. I picked the big mouth bites, honey chipotle mozzarella cheese sticks, and the nashville hot crispers. I also received a free order of chips and salsa for signing up for the rewards program. My food was piping hot when I received it and the internet did not lie those crispers and mozzarella sticks were sooooo good. Now the big bites weren't bad but a little on the dry side for me. So next time I'll try something different. But that nashville hot and honey chipotle flavoring was on point. And I didn't expect the chips and salsa to be the size it was. I had enough for now and later. And yes the cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks was crazyyyyy lol.“

“Our service was on point — we never had to ask for a refill, and the staff checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The new menu items are really good, and they’ve definitely stepped up their game with the burgers. Overall, we were pleasantly pleased with our visit!“

“After a short, but exhausting work trip to Louisville, I strolled into Chilis before an early morning flight and was pleasantly surprised with what I found. Roxanne was welcoming, loved MY southern accent, and went above and beyond to take care of this tired, overworked, sleep deprived mama. Her warm conversation and attention was just what I needed to get me going and could not have appreciated her more! I will look for her every time I travel to Louisville.“

“Food was great, so was our server. Manager was extremely unprofessional to the servers while they were trying to work he did nothing to help them during a rush and was loud; we could hear him several times during our dinner even when he was not in the dining room. It felt like he was messing with them. We watched him walk to the bar look at our drinks and not bring them to us- poor management was really obvious.“

“We went for early Father's day lunch and the service couldn't of been better. They opened the door for us, the server told us to sit and visit as long as we wanted, they had plenty of room. Went out of the way to help with 2 dietary issues. Food was very good and we were all pleased.“
