“Passing through From Canada and I had to stop in kfc hometown and see the difference. It’s beyond night and day. One of the cleanest kfcs I have been to and anyone who’s been to one in toronto would understand. Chicken was fresh and the crispy one (isn’t even an option in toronto) is better than I imagined. But the show stopper was the biscuits. I don’t know why Canada hasn’t gotten around to making these a thing but those with the honey or the grape jelly is A1. Appreciate the service kfc.“

“I visited this KFC and overall had a good experience. The chicken was hot, crispy, and seasoned well, and the sides were fresh and tasted the way they should. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite, making the visit enjoyable. The only thing that could have been better was the wait time, which was a little longer than expected. Aside from that, everything else was very good and I would be happy to return to this location.“

“I just placed my first online order using the KFC app today and I wanted to shout out to the folks that work there that I appreciate your good work and service!

I have trouble most days preparing my own food so I like to get foods that are already prepared as often as I can. Today it was KFC on Dixie in Valley Station which is so close to my house.

Original chicken and tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw with a Pepsi zero sugar! All the sauces I ordered came too!!

“Cashier was extremely rude and nasty all registers were down except one in drive thru as the woman was taking my order she wasn't ringing it in until she asked how I was paying when I said card it was like it was a problem that's when she rang in my order and double charged me I think if I was paying cash she wouldn't have rang it in“

“NICEST KFC I've ever been in. Staff ok. Pretty dam good staff compared to most KFCs. Nice and neat. Clean. Food wasn't disgusting and overloaded with grease. I appreciated that. The kitchen area was nice and clean. Staff didn't act stupid or standoff-ish. Because of all this I will return. Many times most likely.“

“I had come in mid day, and it was empty when I got here. I had a fast service, which was pleasant. The food was delicious, of course. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I didn't see the bathrooms. There is a key code if you want to use the bathrooms. The outside was as clean as possible it was snowing. The staff was helpful and gave me my food with a positive attitude 🙂.“

“It was hot yesterday! I asked for water and they gave it without any questions. Also, didn't charge me for free water, which gave me a new level of respect for KFC, and that location. With that location I have never been there before but I'm impressed. Hopefully, I will definitely do business with them soon.

Parking: I was there around 12 to 1 in the afternoon. Shockingly, there was plenty of parking, but most use the drive thru.“

“Went thru Drive Thru Easter Sunday, ordered Chicken Sandwich meal with no Pickles and coke plus extra Sandwich with no Pickles and Brownie tray, after waiting 20 minutes, paid 16 and some change, was given 2 sandwiches with pickles, Flat diet coke, no fries and no Brownie tray, phone was busy all day. Not ever going back, how can you screw up so bad. Employees are rude. Go to Popeyes, Canes or he’ll even McDs is better than this place. Never again“

“I placed an order on Doordash and waited almost an hour due to my first dasher stealing my order. I was unaware this was the issue due to Doordash sending multiple dashers to the store. I called the store and found out the order was picked up by the first dasher. I asked if I could just come place my own order after cancelling my Doordash order and they were very accommodating. The store not only made the situation right, but they compensated for a situation that was not their fault and honored the pricing from the Doordash app. Before today I had avoided the store due to a bad experience a few years ago, but after today I will definitely be returning. I absolutely loved my visit to this KFC location! As someone looking for the authentic Kentucky Fried Chicken experience while in Kentucky, this place totally delivered.

First and foremost, the food was outstanding. The flavor here is genuinely better than any other KFC I've visited elsewhere – it truly tastes like the real deal. I highly recommend their food! There were also lots of choices on the menu, which was great.

Beyond the delicious chicken, the overall atmosphere was very welcoming, and ordering was a breeze. We saw two staff members who were incredibly prompt in getting our order to us, which we really appreciated.

My only suggestion, and it's a minor one, would be for better bathroom cleanliness. While everything else was fantastic, a little more attention there would make the experience truly perfect.

Despite that small point, this KFC is a must-try for anyone seeking a genuine and delicious Kentucky Fried Chicken meal. I'll definitely be back!“

“Service was almost non existent as I seemed to have been invisible standing at the front counter waiting for my online order that had been already sitting there getting cold before I even got there. No one cared to help even after a lady mentioned I was here before her that had ordered at the counter. I said that's ok I must be invisible and the guy walked away to get someone else that eventually helped.“
