“When I think of how a coffee shop should run, I think of Greg and the gang. I have gone there at 5:00 am everyday for the past year. (I have a sleep issue and wake up at 4:45 am everyday). I get a sugar free vanilla cold brew and it’s become routine. I’m diabetic. The highlight isn’t the drink, or quality of the product, it’s the crew. I’m talking about, Meghan, Rachel, Alex, Sydney, Justin(who even offered up a streaming service password to me), Bailey, Carson (the person who makes my drink like, 90% of the time and crushes it), and everyone else. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone there is a prime model employee. They also write on my cup.“
“I never come out to this area, but I went to this location before work and had to leave a good review. Placed a mobile order and saw literally like 10 people come in and my drink was still ready to go super fast which was impressive. Second time stopping by and the coffee was made right too!! :)“
“I love coming to this location! Always clean and baristas are super friendly. Kalie was so friendly and patient explaining one of the new menu items to me. Great place to work or study. You can get your drink in a mug if you're drinking it there.“
“I spilled my drinks getting in my car I go back in they automatically started making new ones all of them were super nice courteous and professional the store was spotless this is one Starbucks I would set at and have my coffee thumbs up ?????? on this one“

Lol so I’m not a vegetarian however there are times where I don’t want meat if that makes any sense 🤷🏽♀️ I can’t explain it I know I’m a dork!!!!! 😂😂😂 so I got toasted herbs bread with oil veggies 🥦🥒🥕 along with pepper Jack mayo it hit the spot something light, fast and very tasty 😋🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😂😂😂

“I can GO Here Once in awhile The main one I Go to is on Shelbyville Rd By the post office and Mall. I love there coffees And Although this one is Very POPULAR AND Lines are ALWAYS AROUND THE BUILDING It's worth the wait. The Staff are Always Friendly and Polite.“
“Parking: This Starbucks is located directly inside Target to the immediate left of the front entrance. There is plenty of parking for this reason in the Target parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Friendly & professional workers. Have witnessed them be very accommodating to kids, being patient in answering questions and making recommendations. Will even make drinks from the "secret" menu, just make sure you come prepared with the drink ingredients/recipe in case they are not immediately aware of that offering. The restaurant is also a Pokestop in the Pokemon-Go game.

“The atmosphere is nice and our drinks were delicious. We basically always get the matcha at Starbucks, and the powder is never mixed in. But here it was perfectly mixed in and tasted great! The atmosphere is very nice and spacious, and there is a beautiful painting on the wall that I couldn't get my eyes off of. Great experience, will visit again“
“It was busy with a lot of business conferences going on- but timely and efficient- the one thing they need to do- possibly across the board- is not lose the customer service and SMILES when providing their service! Efficiency does not have to be the eradicator of Customer Service and Kindness“
“the baristas here are so sweet and the food and drinks are always amazing because of them. i always try something new and they always gladly follow my lead! i recently got a new fav the nitro cold brew with sweet cold foam and oh my gosh the turkey bacon, cheddar and egg white sandwich all warmed up with their siracha!! to die for seriously their siracha is the best. they always make everything so fast and efficiently.“

“Since Starbucks was close to nearby Brown Park and I had a gift card it made sense to get a cup of coffee here. With plenty of seating and quick service it was a good idea. You can now get free refills and actually have your coffee in a ceramic mug. Since the Covid days are behind us we can now enjoy a leisurely cup of joe inside.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks. I drive out of the way to come here every weekday on the way to work. Vanessa, Katie, Cameron and the rest of the crew are always very friendly and make you feel welcomed. They always have a pup cup ready with my mobile order for my almost 2 year old dog, Charley. They are the best!“
“So good never had anything like it was amazed when i realized it had beem there for so long and never went there when i saw there menue i was surprized and super greatfull and excited to just eat and drink and conversate the way us humans do or people or whatever you wanna call it try them out if your around its something different but i wouldnt put anything above it“
“I go to this starbucks almost every day because it’s near my school and work. There is a worker that has blue hair and she’s one of the best. She’s so sweet and always is very attentive to special request. There are some drive thru workers who are short but it’s also often during rush when I stop by.“

“I left a four star beverage typically I have great experiences here. This Starbucks is on my way to work so I stop here 5+ days a week. I usually order off my app. This particular Saturday that is what I did. I went inside to get my drink ( barrier states to not reach beyond point to get food or drink which I highly love due to I am a nurse and with COVID-19 pandemic I agree with) my drink was waiting for me. So punctual. I wanted a while then saw a young lady standing there in front of it while others were busling around like little elves getting ready for Christmas. So I asked this burista "Kaylee" if she could get my drink? She grabbed my drink and slammed it down, then crossed her arms. She was not pleasant at all. I understand that everyone has bad days, but the manager that day should have seen that this poor girl was in a horrible mood and should have been sent home. I wished upon Kaylee a better day and recommended that poor sad girl to go home and get some rest. To the other baristas enjoy your day saving people like me who need my coffee to save other's lives who are sick.“
“RUDEEE. That old lady at the front was anything but nice. I asked for a caramel latte and she started writing on the cup. I corrected her and told her I wanted it ice. She threw the hot cup behind her and made a face before writing it on a different cup.“
“I visit this Starbucks daily sometimes twice a day. Staff are so nice. One day I was having a really bad day, and I was tired just thought I just can't do today. I just wanted to go home. I went through the drive thru and ordered my tea, on my cup they had handwritten just keep swimming. They leave notes on your cup all the time. I really appreciate the time they take to do this. It makes a difference in my day daily. Thank you for going that extra step.“
“I had an extremely difficult night and subsequently emotional morning today after our kitten passed away very unexpectedly. I broke down in tears at the drive-thru window (I'm also several months pregnant). I frequently go to this Starbucks on my way to work and the people are consistently kind. Today, they went above and beyond and gave me my large fancy holiday coffee as well as my breakfast sandwich for free. What a sweet, unnecessary gesture during my time of need and vulnerability. I am extremely grateful for these individuals, this act of kindness is something I will never forget.“

“Just left this location on my way to work! Absolutely slammed and super busy but all of the baristas were working together, laughing, and dealing with the storm so positively. As someone who has worked in the service industry it is so hard to maintain that positive attitude when things get backed up and busy so it’s always the mark of a great team when you walk in and everyone is working together. There was a woman who walked in after me and started yelling at the team to stop laughing and to make her coffee quicker. They handled her respectfully and with grace even though she was being extremely rude and yelling at them, ignoring the fact that you indeed can have fun and work hard. So sorry that team had to deal with that this morning!!“
“Asked for a pour over as I am not a fan of Pike Place. The girl who rang us up obviously did not want to make it and questioned the order then became kind of rude. To top it off she set it down hard enough to prove her point and no eye contact and it was cold.
In the middle of leaving a review, this was addressed by one of the other staff who was so sweet and apologetic about her colleagues actions.“
