“I just wanted to give a shout out to this Starbucks location. I accidentally ordered my coffee to the wrong Starbucks for mobile pick up and the ladies here took care of me, No questions asked. I really appreciate them making it right for me!“

“Having an awful morning, my dads dying and I was crying in the drive through today on Father’s Day and Tony taking the order was beyond kind and made me a special drink and Ana (Anna) not sure but I was told she was the one who wrote a very kind message on my cup. These two will make me go back to this location hands down. Scooters who? Heine brother who? These two at this location are absolute angels.“

“I never come out to this area, but I went to this location before work and had to leave a good review. Placed a mobile order and saw literally like 10 people come in and my drink was still ready to go super fast which was impressive. Second time stopping by and the coffee was made right too!! :)“

“Again something quick to eat!! Lol so I’m not a vegetarian however there are times where I don’t want meat if that makes any sense 🤷🏽‍♀️ I can’t explain it I know I’m a dork!!!!! 😂😂😂 so I got toasted herbs bread with oil veggies 🥦🥒🥕 along with pepper Jack mayo it hit the spot something light, fast and very tasty 😋🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️😂😂😂

Will even make drinks from the "secret" menu, just make sure you come prepared with the drink ingredients/recipe in case they are not immediately aware of that offering. “Since Starbucks was close to nearby Brown Park and I had a gift card it made sense to get a cup of coffee here. With plenty of seating and quick service it was a good idea. You can now get free refills and actually have your coffee in a ceramic mug. Since the Covid days are behind us we can now enjoy a leisurely cup of joe inside.“

“The atmosphere is nice and our drinks were delicious. We basically always get the matcha at Starbucks, and the powder is never mixed in. But here it was perfectly mixed in and tasted great! “The service was a bit slow for such a popular location. The coffee was very hot n fresh...because they has to make it fresh. And the woman honestly looked a bit aggravated that I said I'd wait for her to brew the fresh pot of one of their signature beans. The name escapes me at the moment but...when you are in customer service, such as her job entails...you will have those I.D.G.A.F days...n it's not something described to you when you do that kinda work. So if anything, expect those who serve you to have off days just like everyone else. It doesn't mean you have to give them your business. Have a good evening and God Bless.“

“I go to this starbucks almost every day because it’s near my school and work. There is a worker that has blue hair and she’s one of the best. She’s so sweet and always is very attentive to special request. There are some drive thru workers who are short but it’s also often during rush when I stop by.“

“I left a four star beverage typically I have great experiences here. This Starbucks is on my way to work so I stop here 5+ days a week. I usually order off my app. This particular Saturday that is what I did. I went inside to get my drink ( barrier states to not reach beyond point to get food or drink which I highly love due to I am a nurse and with COVID-19 pandemic I agree with) my drink was waiting for me. So punctual. I wanted a while then saw a young lady standing there in front of it while others were busling around like little elves getting ready for Christmas. So I asked this burista "Kaylee" if she could get my drink? She grabbed my drink and slammed it down, then crossed her arms. She was not pleasant at all. I understand that everyone has bad days, but the manager that day should have seen that this poor girl was in a horrible mood and should have been sent home. I wished upon Kaylee a better day and recommended that poor sad girl to go home and get some rest. To the other baristas enjoy your day saving people like me who need my coffee to save other's lives who are sick.“

The service was fast, by order was accurate, and the cashier even knew the regulars order head of me. Quality people, clean atmosphere, and attention to details! “RUDEEE. That old lady at the front was anything but nice. I asked for a caramel latte and she started writing on the cup. I corrected her and told her I wanted it ice. She threw the hot cup behind her and made a face before writing it on a different cup.“

“Just left this location on my way to work! Absolutely slammed and super busy but all of the baristas were working together, laughing, and dealing with the storm so positively. As someone who has worked in the service industry it is so hard to maintain that positive attitude when things get backed up and busy so it’s always the mark of a great team when you walk in and everyone is working together. There was a woman who walked in after me and started yelling at the team to stop laughing and to make her coffee quicker. They handled her respectfully and with grace even though she was being extremely rude and yelling at them, ignoring the fact that you indeed can have fun and work hard. So sorry that team had to deal with that this morning!!“

“Asked for a pour over as I am not a fan of Pike Place. The girl who rang us up obviously did not want to make it and questioned the order then became kind of rude. To top it off she set it down hard enough to prove her point and no eye contact and it was cold.

In the middle of leaving a review, this was addressed by one of the other staff who was so sweet and apologetic about her colleagues actions.“
