“This is my go to Starbucks, it like the going to “Cheers”. They staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It’s amazing when going thru the drive-thru they know my voice and my pet. I love it when they say you want your usual. They are literally like family.“

“The service here is always outstanding!! Everyone is so nice every time I stop in. They always get my drink perfect! I have been to many Starbucks in my time and this one is the best because of their people!

Dietary restrictions: I can’t have milk and always get almond milk and so many other places mess that up!! This one on Blankenbaker has never messed my order up.“

“Having an awful morning, my dads dying and I was crying in the drive through today on Father’s Day and Tony taking the order was beyond kind and made me a special drink and Ana (Anna) not sure but I was told she was the one who wrote a very kind message on my cup. These two will make me go back to this location hands down. Scooters who? Heine brother who? These two at this location are absolute angels.“

“Parking: This Starbucks is located directly inside Target to the immediate left of the front entrance. There is plenty of parking for this reason in the Target parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Friendly & professional workers. Have witnessed them be very accommodating to kids, being patient in answering questions and making recommendations. Will even make drinks from the "secret" menu, just make sure you come prepared with the drink ingredients/recipe in case they are not immediately aware of that offering. The restaurant is also a Pokestop in the Pokemon-Go game.

“I spilled my drinks getting in my car I go back in they automatically started making new ones all of them were super nice courteous and professional the store was spotless this is one Starbucks I would set at and have my coffee thumbs up ?????? on this one“

“This is my favorite Starbucks. I drive out of the way to come here every weekday on the way to work. Vanessa, Katie, Cameron and the rest of the crew are always very friendly and make you feel welcomed. They always have a pup cup ready with my mobile order for my almost 2 year old dog, Charley. They are the best!“

“As Starbucks stores go, I have no complaints about this one. And that's saying something. There are quite a few that I don't like and won't go back to. But I haven't had any issues with this store. All the employees I've encountered are polite and friendly and the drinks hold true to the recipes.“

“Decent place. Sat in here for 45 minutes and let me tell you, some of the most entitled and selfish custoners i have ever seen. Some lady stole and drank out of my drink and then yelled at the poor barista for "making it wrong." No apology from her. Staff seems overworked & at their wits end. Its the ONLY coffeeshop and one of exactly FOUR restaurants past tsa in the entire airport. Do not expect instantaneous service (re: ITS THE AIRPORT, PLAN YOUR TIME BETTER) & don't expect employees to drop everyone else's drink before you just to make yours faster. There are simply too many people who order there for even an overstaffed location to manage, but yelling at underpaid staff isn't gonna fix that. MAYBE SHOW UP TO THE AIRPORT ON TIME.“

“This staff is awesome and they work so hard. I sit in this cafe 1-3 times a week and they are exceptional. They remember details about my kids and I watch them do this with customers across hours.In a time when everyone is a critic and people feel entitled to dump their bad moods on customer service workers I’ve seen this crew take it in stride and endeavor to keep going. This location gets busy, no one is incorrect about that, and they still put smiles in their faces and keep running. I appreciate everyone in this store and appreciate how they treat me kindly. Thank you all for giving me a place to work that feels like a home away from home.

Kid-friendliness: They have one high chair and the employees are very responsive to kids and pets. They give little cups of whipped cream and stickers out. I also watched the manager take waters out to customers dogs on the patio on a hot day and move the umbrellas to give more sun shade.

“I never write reviews for chain restaurants, however, I need to write this one for Starbucks because of employee Kaylee who works here! I had stars to redeem for a free drink, and so I thought to get a little crazier than normal since it is free and wouldn’t cost extra to do extra things. She was very helpful and helping me choose what types of flavors would complement what I am getting, and she had no issue with the complicated drink that I order that I put in. I feel like other people might get annoyed or by that, but she was awesome!“

“I left a four star beverage typically I have great experiences here. This Starbucks is on my way to work so I stop here 5+ days a week. I usually order off my app. This particular Saturday that is what I did. I went inside to get my drink ( barrier states to not reach beyond point to get food or drink which I highly love due to I am a nurse and with COVID-19 pandemic I agree with) my drink was waiting for me. So punctual. I wanted a while then saw a young lady standing there in front of it while others were busling around like little elves getting ready for Christmas. I understand that everyone has bad days, but the manager that day should have seen that this poor girl was in a horrible mood and should have been sent home. I wished upon Kaylee a better day and recommended that poor sad girl to go home and get some rest. To the other baristas enjoy your day saving people like me who need my coffee to save other's lives who are sick.“

“The service was a bit slow for such a popular location. The coffee was very hot n fresh...because they has to make it fresh. And the woman honestly looked a bit aggravated that I said I'd wait for her to brew the fresh pot of one of their signature beans. The name escapes me at the moment but...when you are in customer service, such as her job entails...you will have those I.D.G.A.F days...n it's not something described to you when you do that kinda work. “I frequent this little Starbucks because it’s convenient. From my experience If you have a complicated drink, just be kind and explain it to them and they always make it right. Don’t be hard on them with the tipping button, it’s a requirement of Starbucks.“

“RUDEEE. That old lady at the front was anything but nice. I asked for a caramel latte and she started writing on the cup. I corrected her and told her I wanted it ice. She threw the hot cup behind her and made a face before writing it on a different cup.“

“They’re always very friendly and the food/drinks are as expected, but I miss the old layout. There is now NO seating in the store. It’s no longer a good spot to go get a bite and do schoolwork (or regular work) like I did when I went to Bellarmine.“

“This location is right in the center of concord A & B. Service can be better, sometimes they don’t say your name loud instead they just put your order at the pick up area once ready.
It would be great if they can install power outlets and offer Wi-Fi at this location as it would help to catch up on work.“
