“I called before because my order wasn’t how I expected. Not only did they greet me with a warm welcome, they also thanked me for giving them the chance to make my order right. The manager that I spoke with, made the order himself then thanked me again for giving them another chance. Actually makes me happy that there are fast food places that care enough about one customer that they truly want them to come back. People, go out of your way to go to this Middletown Taco Bell when you are close.“

“We were in Louisville for just a quick trip and our family was looking for a good authentic Mexican place to eat. We were SO GLAD to have found this place! The ambience is amazing and so beautifully decorated. The service was perfect, but the best part of all was THE FOOD. The specials were Caldo de Camaron, Pozole Verde, and Chiles Rellenos all super authentic and tasted just like one would make it at home. The drinks were fantastic, we had agua de horchata and jamaica and both were sooo fresh and tasty. Overall, we were happy that the one place we chose to eat was here!! If you are hesitant to stop by, don’t be, just go!!“

“We dined at the Hurstbourne location for Valentine's Day and was not disappointed!! There were full vases of flowers on every table as well as a Valentine's balloon. The restaurant was so festive, then to add to the ambiance a strolling violinist was playing a beautiful love song. My phone died so there aren't any pictures of the delicious food. The baskets of tortilla chips even had red heart shaped chips in the mix. Gustavo's pulled all the stops to make this holiday special for their customers!“

“I was in from Chicago. Ordered food before closing and picked up. Ladies at front counter were very nice. Portions were huge. I ordered the 3 carnitas tacos w/ rice & beans and for my family member a steak huarache.

“Really great Mexican restaurant, the food and staff are top notch. We eat here about once a week as a family, we have always had a great experience. The yolandas are especially good as well as the carne asada tacos and big giant burritos (kiddo’s favorite). The prices are 2022 reasonable, and you really get a lot for your money. You wont leave with buyers remorse by any means. The local choices within driving range are plentiful for restaurants, Los Aztecas is always one of our favorites.“

“This place is truly amazing!!! If I could rate the food 20 out of 10, I would. I came here a couple of years ago and I agree with some of the other reviews on here that it needed some work, but they have taken all of that criticism and made the best of it because when I tell you everything I have ordered (both on Friday and today, Sunday, because the food was THAT good) was perfection! I got the chicken street tacos (shown in the picture) with both corn (Friday) and flour tortillas (today) and both were 120% in my book. The chicken was seasoned and cooked to perfection! My meal also came with rice and beans and when I say it was one of the best Mexican rice and refried beans I have ever tasted, I mean it. I was very critical on my food because I personally was not a fan of the rice or the chicken the last time I came here over a year ago. My husband got the ground beef chimichangas (didn’t get a picture) and the beef was also seasoned and cooked to perfection! We are very picky eaters and asked for the queso on the side, red enchilada sauce on the side and the substitution of flour instead of corn tortillas, but they didn’t forget any of our special requests and everything was in the bag on Friday and also today, which in my eyes is worth an extra star since I didn’t have to go back in or drive back up to the store to get what they forgot.

If you have tried this place in the past and have a bad opinion on it, please give it another shot! You will not regret it, it’s amazing!“

“1st time here. I actually stopped in initially to pick up and deliver a catering order. It was ready and packed properly for delivery. The staff was excellent and the store very clean. The food smelled so good, I went back for lunch. The food is delicious and excellent potion sizes. Definitely try the variety of sauces on their hot bar. I will definitely return.“
