“I enjoy going to this culvers like atleast 1 time a week. The frozen custard is to die for along with some fresh fries or a butterbuger OMGOODNESS people. Im not a super fan of fast food. Culvers doesn't feel like any fast food place thou. Its so inviting and always smiling faces and helping hands. I love ice cream but frozen custard ive been missing out just fount this place to live for. I have been missing out but not anymore..thank you for being so friendly and inviting.“

“Rather than take another distillery tour, we opted to have lunch here on the Jim Beam campus and order drinks from the bar. The food was delicious as were the seasonal drinks with their bourbons. The waitstaff was attentive and it wasn’t busy at all on the Sunday we stopped here.“

As a self-proclaimed frozen custard snob with a penchant for Planters chocolate in WNY, I was pleasantly surprised by Culver's hand-scooped version. While it lacked the familiar soft serve texture, the custard was undeniably rich and sweet with excellent flavor. However, Planters still reigns as my gold standard in the world of frozen custard. Nevertheless, Culver's provided a satisfying and enjoyable experience on my journey.“

“We visited here for a birthday party earlier today. The girl who waited on us was named Kaylee. She was fantastic. However there were 30+ of us and she was running the show alone. The kitchen mixed up our food and we had missing food. She was running 95% of the food to us and got ALL of our drinks by herself. She was the only server assigned to us and she did ALL the work. As a server myself for 10+ years that's absolutely ridiculous. I've always shared a party that large with another server and if for some reason I was on my own my coworkers helped me with drinks and helped run food. She had no team players except ONE time a young lady helped by bringing two appetizers to the table. A manager should always come see how service and food is before the party leaves and we didn't see a manager for the 3 hours we were there. Thank you to Kaylee for handling the party on her own, you were fantastic ma'am.“

“First time ever at a Cane's. Grandkids been telling us about it. We are die-hard Chick Fil A people, but finally stopped in a Cane's, and so very glad we did. It is unbelievably delicious, juicy, tender, cooked to perfection good! Don't know how they do it, but the tenders are like nothing we've ever had before. The dipping sauce puts it over the top! The slaw, fries and toast are the icing on the tenders! We have been to 2 more Cane's since this first one. We do not have a Cane's anywhere near us. Good thing, cuz it would certainly take a huge cut out of Chick Fil A and we would weigh 600lbs!!!“

“I called Roosters (Bardstown Rd) several months ago and spoke with Sierra to reserve a space to have a rehearsal dinner for 25-35 ppl. She was kind and helpful. When we arrived tonight, we were greeted by friendly people who were ready for our group. Our server, Marsha, was super! She listened to our requests, managed to keep our crazy group straight and did a phenomenal job of taking care of us all. The food was good. The atmosphere was great. A wonderful experience!! “The meal was exceptional, and the ambiance was pleasant. Service was somewhat slow, likely due to understaffing. Our server, however, provided polite and friendly service. Longhorn Steakhouse's pricing is higher than Texas Roadhouse's; nevertheless, the overall dining experience was positive.“

Waitress stopped by to apologize about taking extra long to get food due to two large groups, which was good communication on her parrot. Parking was not the best, but considering they are boxed in, the only option that could help would be to have workers park in nearby parking lots. Atmosphere was nice...nothing special to set them apart. Could offer a better variety of steak options since they all seem to be the same cut. Not a bad place to visit from time to time, but not at the top of our list. Just somewhere different to go occasionally.“

“It's always a great service when being attended by Sara or Jessica. Today specifically my toddler and I had Jessica. Regardless of how busy it is she always manages her time well and we are never waiting too long in between service checks. She is always positive/friendly regardless of the rush and makes sure we are never in need of items until her next check in, we love sitting in her section as well as Sara!“

“We were a party of 9 and the server DEJON was great, attentive, excellent customer service. It was Friday 2/7/25 arriving 7:30pm. The food wasn’t great however. I ordered the chicken fajita wrap, it was bland and the chicken tasted like it was heated in the microwave. It was diced chicken not a fresh grilled chicken breast that was more lettuce and tomato than chicken and it was cold. The mashed potatoes were delicious and fresh. The horse salad was horrible. They didn’t have milk or ice cream to make the Oreo cookie shakes 3 of the children requested. The others in my party enjoyed their meals however. I just know never to order the fajita wrap or house salad again.“

“A friend and I went thru the drive thru. I told them to begin with I had 2 ordersThe lady let out a sigh as if I were bothering her. Got to the window and we gave her our money. I told her my friend would like some tartar sauce. When we got our food, before pulling off I asked her did she give us tartar sauce. She said yes. Needless to say there wasn't any. Her attitude leaves allot to be desired. Should not work for the public.It will be awhile before I return“
