My husband and I stopped in at Luna’s for a casual weekend breakfast and were impressed. We shared the salmon board on jalapeño bagel bread and it was delicious. It was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
We also ordered a couple of coffee drinks, and they came out quickly and were made just right. You can tell the baristas care about what they’re doing here.

The ambiance is part of what makes Luna’s so special. The space is small but charming. Kinda quirky, cozy, and full of personality. It feels like a hidden gem, the kind of place you want to keep coming back to. Service was friendly and efficient, and everything we ordered came out promptly. We’ll definitely be back in the near future. Gotta try other items from their menu and maybe check out more butterflies 🦋”

“BEST KEPT SECRET in Nicholasville (or anywhere!!!) Totally obsessed with the wood-fired pizza!!! Better than any pizza (wood-fired or not) I have eaten ANYWHERE and I’ve had my share! Everything is made FRESH, ingredients are fresh (I especially love the fresh herbs,) and the taste is nothing like your normal pizza restaurant. Staff is extremely accommodating and there’s just a cozy, homey, welcoming atmosphere here. Also, the street tacos are to die for.....once again....fresh, fresh, fresh!! Be sure to call for pizza hours and what else they may be serving on a particular day. Can’t wait for the farmer’s market to open in April!!!”

Didn't catch her name but it was around 6ish on 3/4/2021 The cook really knew what he was doing our meal was really good. Zero complaints. Great job only two employees running the store and they did awesome.”

“Let me tell you about the best food and some of the nicest people I know. I can personally recommend the street tacos, gorditas, pozole, tostadas, guacamole, and enchiladas. The salsas are all 🔥. And they have the best Jamaica and horchata. I eat here at least once a week and I’ve never had anything that wasn’t delicious. The ladies who run this place are so kind and really go the extra mile for me every time I visit. The prices are great for the amount of food you get. I’m so grateful to live so close to this gem of a restaurant! It’s always one of the highlights of my week!”

“Just wow!!! What a wonderful selection of specialty pizzas. We got 2 of their special offers, 2 large pizzas for $25, one specialty pizza and another large with 2 toppings. We thought we were getting a 3 cheese pizza with the cheeses typical in a mac’ n cheese, but it literally had macaroni… what a glorious mistake, it was the first of our 4 pizzas to disappear! It was a hit! The hand tossed crust is chew, the stone baked bottom is cooked to perfection. The sauce is flavorful. All the toppings were fresh and delicious. They offer a student or military/veteran discount. Super appreciative but not expected. If you’re in the mood for pizza, come here, you’ll love it. The other specialty pizza had 3 kinds of pepperoni…sooo good!”

“The ice cream is amazing at Joe Brett's! I tried the Peach Gelato which was really delicious. I sampled the Butter Pecan Bourbon (so good), the Peach Whiskey (good also) and the Raspberry Tequila Sorbet (not a fan of this one). What I ended up getting was Espresso and Butter Pecan without the Bourbon. You have to try this place. Delicious!!! I can't wait to return!”
