“We did the tour on Saturday morning. The guide, Josh was great. Some of the members of our group knew a lot about whiskey, some knew a little, and we all learned a lot. The guided whiskey tasting at the end was perfect. We liked the gift shop/retail area. The only thing that would’ve been nice is some more smaller souvenirs to take home.“

“I have always loved Briar Patch. Since it’s been under new management some things have changed…good and bad. The hoppin John soup is not as good as it used to be. However the salad bar is very good and fresh . Has always been. Don’t care for the croutons now. Not crunchy at all. The beverage glasses are larger now and much better. Steaks are amazing! Overall a very good place to eat at! Friendly waiters and food comes out very hot and fast!“

“Why I go the Beef O’Brady’s Owensboro? Angie and Joe. The food is good but you can get good food at a lot of places. If you want great service and a fun atmosphere , Angie and Joe have you covered. Angie is a great bartender and known to my fam and friends as “My Bartender” 😎 PS. I share. lol“

“I’ve loved old hickory for years but we’d always get the pork and mutton to go. But today I got the combination plate and the ribs and brisket were amazing! Also didn’t know their Mac and cheese was so good and creamy. I think eating in house is the way to go!!“

“Convenient little Japanese place to grab some sushi, hibachi, or other similar cuisine. The prices are very fair and the quality of food far exceeds the price. I’ll usually get a different style roll every time and it’s always of good quality. The service has always been good and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual and clean. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for Japanese for lunch & dinner time.“

“Stopped by for dinner and ordered the magic mushroom soup to start and ordered a small pizza (the one that comes with honey), I replaced the red peppers with mushrooms and the flavors were perfect! Pizza was cooked to perfection. Staff was very kind and attentive. Awesome food! If you’re in the area, stop by for pizza, it won’t disappoint. They also have other items of interest. I found this food better than Don Mario (the Mexican restaurant across the street and Famous Bistro), and I have been to those, not just saying it… you’re been warned lol.

“Me and my entire family are regulars here, whether were all together or by ourselves, we love coming here for their fresh sushi. For a while the service failed in all aspects, but seems theyve improved miles beyond what they used to be. My last 2 experiences were consistently great so that prompted me to change my previously unfavorable review. My server was attentive and kind as well as the host and sushi chef(we always sit at the sushi bar since thats all we ever order). This is a great change and hopefully customers will start to come back to this place now that the service matches the amazing food.“
