“I live hours away from the Prospect Papa Johns and wanted to treat some of my Prospect-area family members to a nice pizza dinner. I phoned the restaurant, and its manager, Ryan, worked with me and made the entire transaction painless. The next time I'm in the Louisville area, I will make it a priority to stop in at the Prosect location and to avail myself of their fine food and their hospitality. Go Broncos!“

“Went through drive thru, A new guy taking orders from cars was taking a long time to get the orders logged in and accept payment, the other line was moving 5 cars to the other lines 1-2 car's, finally the manager came out to see what the hold up was, I then pulled up to the new guy taking orders and as I told him the order I could tell he was having trouble remembering what I just said, I had to repeat myself about four times, I guess he was nervous, it's understandable. Food was good.“

The employees at Chick-fil-A always seem well trained and this location was no different. All the employees we interacted with were courteous, attentive, efficient, and hard working. “This is not the normal Blaze we go to but we were over here returning some stuff and thought why not? And boy were we impressed. My husband and I both got a pizza to go and ate it in the parking lot. The bake was perfect. We can neither have dairy but even without cheese these pizzas were delicious. (Atmosphere note from one with service industry experience... when there are 3-4 ppl waiting on orders and 3-5 ppl in line and another few trying to tell you they have online pickups... that's how the place looked when I got to the clarksville indiana location to let them know i was picking up my online order... maybe don't have a couple of employees, both male, walk out from the back of the kitchen areas or prep areas with a scowl on both their faces! [There were only like 2-3 employees working on the floor when I got there and for about 5-7 min after before the other two came from the back with attitudes and potentially dirty hands?] And they were the wrong side of terse when I asked one of them to wash their hands before they started bagging up food after coming from the back???)

I don't want to be fussy and Karen like and get annoying government involved over people's attitudes and behaviors. I just want you to coach your ppl to better and more quality service when necessary! Foods always great! This is the first not near perfect review I've given you guys... all 5 of ya!

Might be a sign of the times and the world and how little ppl care about being better than we were the day before and American excellence? Dunno. But I just like to help where I can and "leave things better than I found them!"

This is the best Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever had. Since they specialize in delivery/catering the food was all so fresh, made to order. My fries were crispy and perfectly salted. ? The chicken tasted super fresh and moist. My boyfriend got a salad and he thought the chicken ( grilled ) was better than usual. I got the fried nuggets and they were the same high standard freshness. It was fast, my order was ready about 3 minutes after it said it would be. The workers were polite and nothing was missing.

Parking: It’s a normal business lot. It’s a small building by a gas station that houses two business with a small but appropriate sized surface lot.“

“I was in the area for work, and this place comes up on some lists for best burger, but they have other food including burritos. I ordered one, and they put what I wanted in it, and it rivals LaBamba's in Indianapolis for being as big as your head. You'll want a fork and knife to eat it.

It was delicious. Toppings were fresh and plentiful in variety and what they put in the burrito. I got the meal which comes with a side and drink. You could get a big bag of nachos or fries to go with it, and I went with fries. They can put salt, or several other flavors on them, and I chose cheese (I believe they call it queso) which was good, but wasn't what I would chose for fries. The drink is a rather large fountain drink, although they had run out of diet while I was there, so they gave me a 16oz bottle of Diet Coke.

Service was great. Both people working were friendly and helpful. I'm not 100% sure why this place gets so many 1 star ratings, but I saw no logical reason for them in my visit.

Since my work brings me to the area once every month or two, I'll have to drop by to try the burgers and nachos sometime later. Would highly recommend.

“Keep in mind, I love taco bell and I go there at least once a month. But this place. oh man. We ordered take out and it was the best. The Crunchwrap supreme, HEAVENLY, gooey, cheesy to the right amount, it just so utterly good and the fact it was actually filled, if you have had Crunchwraps before you know they are rarely ever fully filled, but this on OH MY, filled to the max and the naco cheese just over the top good. I have never had taco bell this good before. I don’t know it if was the staff but whoever was working at 10:00 on Monday the 14th they need a RAISE. “So this location is amazing, the app is bs. I was less than 1mile from the store and the app order to a store 4 miles away. So when I showed up it created confusion. Then I had to cancel the order and reorder but since I used points the point didn't reset and I had to pay more than I wanted to. Could not find the corporation location to review them. The store handle the situation with professionalism and kindness. I was really happy they helped navigate the app mess up.“

A group of us were in from out of town and staying at the Galt House and we wanted to have a meal together without having to go out somewhere. Andro had super clear communication, reasonable prices, delivered the food to us on time and best of all, it was absolutely delicious! Of course we had to order their curly fries to go with the Gyro! With Arby's famous Horsey Sauce, we had such a great meal at an awesome price for the two of us!

Their service is exceptional especially for a fast food restaurant! The gentlemen who waited on us at the cashier really make this a great visit!

Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much.
