“Wanted to give a shout out to shift leader Kiley! She took my order promptly and with a smile. She then bagged my order. She noticed the cast on my arm and graciously offered to carry my food to my car! I accepted her offer. She placed the food in the back seat and put my pillow in front of the bag so it wouldn’t fall off! It’s like she knows how I drive! Thank you, Kiley! You went above and beyond!!!“

I didn't catch the name of the cashier working 9/28, but she was awesome and definitely went above and beyond, especially during the lunch rush. “Tara was wonderful, ordered my food at the wrong location! The window person immediately called Tara and she asked me what I bought, called the cooks to make it and then called the other store let them know I was picking it up there! This was great service! Other places would automatically send me to the other store! So props to her and the team for taking care of me!“

“This place is fabulous. We stopped by 2 nights ago and this place was CLEAN!! We were so impressed!! Our food was made to order, was fresh, hot and very good. Thank you hardees!!!“

“We got 20 wings and 16 chicken strips. Of course we also got those AMAZING fries! Love those things 🤤 Sherri was the manager on duty and who's name I got, but the whole crew was AMAZING! They made everything fresh for us and while we were waiting, I noticed that all three of the employees were working, but you could tell they clicked as a team and worked as one unit like a well oiled machine! Idk who's doing the hiring over there, but they're getting it right!“

“The employees are great here. The food is the food. I really liked the chicken & waffle slider but it's a little too sweet to get more than one. The sliders are good as usual. One odd thing though is, the dining area smells like urine, so I won't be going back inside.“

“This was the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Greeted with a smile and patient while I decided what to eat. She also brought our food out on a tray and set it in front of us. Food was hot, fries were crispy and salty. Will definitely come back to this location versus the other DQ in Richmond, Ky.“

But anyway the place is really expensive without the deals you get on their app...... It's more expensive than McDonald's or Wendy's but with the app you can get really good deals“
