“I got the vegan chocolate cupcake and Vietnamese sandwich. It was so good! The cupcake took me 2 sittings to finish, so dense and delicious!The sandwich hit the spot! The flavor combination was extremely palatable.Vegetarian options: Mostly vegan!Wheelchair accessibility: There are double doors at the entrance that could be difficult to navigate alone. It is on a ground level. The sidewalks aren't the best maintained in that area, though.“
“I've only been vegan for 4 months but was so excited to eat at V-Grits because there are no vegan restaurants where I live so I hadn't eaten out for quite some time. I ordered the cheesesteak sandwich with fries and was not disappointed. fries were perfectly fried and the seasoning was wonderful. The cheesesteak was the best I've ever had, even before going vegan. If I hadn't known before ordering, I would never have believed it was vegan. Sooo yummy!“
“Dined here in early July. The food is to die for (especially a curry-style dish on the menu when we visited), the service is excellent (and not too hurried), and the ambiance is charming. The bread is also out of this world. The wine pairings also nicely complement the food, and the desserts are definitely worth having (especially the drunken banana cake). It is one of the nicest special occasion restaurants in Louisville. One caveat of interest to certain diners is the restaurants lax policy on pets. When we dined there, another table came in with a small dog. It wasn't a service or support dog because the diners kept passing it around the table, and even that table's server petted it. The dog's presence didn't bother us (it was well-behaved and quiet), but I could see some diners not enjoying dinner with a dog at the next table.“
“My friend and I both really enjoyed what we got here, and I plan to go back. We struggled to choose because of the variety of really good-sounding items. I ended up getting the Athlete Bowl, which was delicious! All of the flavors and textures were great. The granola- yum! The shop was bright and the staff was really friendly. My only wish (which I wish of almost every similar spot) is that they had more low-sugar options. I like that their protein powder is sugar free, but I think I would have preferred (taste and health wise) to have the option of unsweetened almond milk for example.“
“I ordered online for pick-up and there was a miscommunication between my spouse and I on the pick up time. When I called to change it, the clover app won’t allow the restaurant to view a future order until about 20 min out to change it. They were extremely accommodating and took my order over the phone and canceled my preexisting order once it went through.For the prices, I was shocked at how much food I got. I ordered the hummus and pitas with a cucumber and they gave me an entire sliced cucumber, so many pita chips, and an ample serving of hummus for only $6. The vegan gyro on rice came with so much rice and tons of veggie toppings. The vegan tzatziki sauce was incredible. The vegan beef schwarma was huge. Made with 2 pitas and way overfilled. So delicious. I also had a Greek side salad and it was chopped finally like I like and absolutely refreshing. Great experience and customer service. There were a ton of Zeus fries as well. They were a little under seasoned and soggy but my husband had to drive an hour home so that’s understandable.“
“Delightful experience. Some people might be worried about not being familar with Mediterranean cuisine. Don't be. The menu is easy to navigate, food is full of flavor with many different combinations, staff is helpful, and ready to prepare based on preferences. It's a great lunch or dinner place, one that you can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. It's quick, tastey, and reasonably priced. If you haven't tried it, step outside your comfort zone. You won't be disappointed.“

“Hadn't been to this location before, it's really spacey and great for having small meetings. The baristas seemed pretty used to people gathering here. Because of that the noise level can be a little louder than usual. I was in a group of 10 or so and they were easily able to accommodate us. I got the brownie batter latte which as of March is no longer available. Such a bummer because brownie batter is easily one of their best flavors. Oh well back to my fav (raspberry white mocha)“
“We LOVE Half Peach. It is always one of our favorites when we are in town. The best assortment of vegan desserts in Louisville that are all amazing and a smaller food menu. Our favorites are the big Chik'n Miso salad, the drumsticks, and the pizzas. I went here for my birthday in February and stuffed myself and still had leftovers. The portions are very generous and the staff is super friendly and helpful.“
