“Usually when we go to Paducah's Southside location, it is a very long wait and the customer service is not the greatest. However tonight, it was top notch. We had three different to-go orders. The young man behind the counter was very friendly and very professional. Both inside and drive through was pretty steady while we were there but the workers stayed efficient, friendly and professional. We did not have a very long wait even with the three orders. If they keep this young man, we will definitely be going back.“

“just ordered 4 for $10 classic roast beefs at counter. Posters up everywhere The kid rang them up for $18.xx. I asked what happened to 4 for $10. the kid said I had to ask for them. ?????? Hello! I just ordered 4 Classic roast beefs! Anyway I had to pull a Karen to get manager to redo it. the kid was just being super orrrnnerryyy!!! Roat beef was good anyway, just avoid stupid kid employees if possible.“

“Taco John's is always a favorite. Great food, great service. I wasnt sure about the automated ordering menu when going thru the drive-thru but it actually was accurate i like that it read my order back to me. It was a little delayed when I got done ordering and it was reading my order back to me.“

“KFC & TACO BELL is some good eating especially KFC. The girl we had last week was super nice and was cutting up with us and had a great smile at the window. Food is 5 star all the way around. We never have a complaint here. Ya'll go getcha ya some 🌮🐔“

“The Southside Paducah Papa Johns is the best. I called in an order, the Employee on the phone was great, repeated my order back to me, suggested other items, and just seemed to care about doing her job correctly. My Pizza was delivered on time, Hot, Accurate and actually looked as good as the picture.“
