“Been visiting subway for 12 or 13 years. Overall very happy with food, service and atmosphere. Visitation late afternoon of 3 May. Had seen tv ads. Shocked when attendant told me the price.

meal deal allows customers to order a six-inch sub for $6.99 or a footlong sub for $9…..thought the deal included chips and coke…….. DID NOT RECEIVE the coke and chips…. WHY.

$9 seems like major cost beyond our normal and current price increase (and without drink and chips)

“I quit eating here because they always mess up my orders. Yesterday for the first time in ten years I gave them another chance and it was perfect. Today I went back. I ordered a cheese steak on whole wheat or grain, they gave me white, I asked for green peppers and banana peppers they didn't add the green peppers. They were not very busy at all. “I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Out of all the Subway restraunts in NKY that I've been to, this one, by far, is the best.

I've only been twice, but both times, I've been greeted and have felt welcomed inside their store. I really like that both times I've been, regular customers have stopped in and ordered food. Both times, the staff knew them by name and made friendly conversations.

The restaurant is clean, and they are generous on their portion sizes!

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.

“It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.“
