“Been visiting subway for 12 or 13 years. Overall very happy with food, service and atmosphere. Visitation late afternoon of 3 May. Had seen tv ads. Shocked when attendant told me the price.

meal deal allows customers to order a six-inch sub for $6.99 or a footlong sub for $9…..thought the deal included chips and coke…….. DID NOT RECEIVE the coke and chips…. WHY.

$9 seems like major cost beyond our normal and current price increase (and without drink and chips)

“Best subway sandwich I've ever had. All ingredients were fresh (bread just came out of the oven). A lot of care was put into assembling the sandwich so it was packed full of ingredients but not messy at all. The women who were working at the time were extremely friendly as well.“

CRAVE PENN STATION !! I'll add thst the Downtown Cincy location "hooked me up" on the chicken in my Teriyaki Chicken Sub. WOW - I easily got 3 light meals outta that 1 sub - NICE !

“Eaten here tons of times but never remembered to review it. This chain is my favorite, always fresh and fast, nice staff. Do a Pickup order and expect 15 minutes or so. In-store orders get backed up since everything is made fresh which for some reason makes people upset in these other reviews, this isn't Subway and we go here for a reason!“

“I have been her numerous Times! Always great!! Today … not so much! The “ manager” was rude and down right mean!!! I have gotten the mini croissants for parties many times. They are ALWAYS PRE CUT! I ordered 36. She would not cut them and they stuffed them in a bag too small and many were smashed flat….. not the look I wanted for the shower I am giving!!! How disappointing!!!“

“Out of all the Subway restraunts in NKY that I've been to, this one, by far, is the best.

I've only been twice, but both times, I've been greeted and have felt welcomed inside their store. I really like that both times I've been, regular customers have stopped in and ordered food. Both times, the staff knew them by name and made friendly conversations.

The restaurant is clean, and they are generous on their portion sizes!

I will definitely be back.

I have swallowing and digestive difficulties, and I really cannot eat a dry sandwich, especially on bread that isn't toasty enough. The combination of super toasted bread drowned in mayonnaise is exactly what I am looking for. Most places stop too soon. 😉

My ham sandwich was so good that I didn't even manage to snap a pic until I paused from feasting halfway through.

Twice as much onion would have made it perfect. I eat this salad style with the toasted bread as 'croutons'.

“Adam and Clay were great They served an excellent sandwich, hot and juicy ! My steak sandwich was the best sandwich I ever had at Penn Station. I have never gotten a bad sandwich at Penn Station, but this was the most meaty and cheesy one yet. Great job !“

“It was a busy and hot day around lunch time. The place was busy. Many employees behind the counter. I used to work at a Subway and know how it feels. The customers are paying almost top dollar for their food now and should get what they ask for, but I am never too demanding. I asked for the foot long garlic steak and the new Doritos thing on the side, and the lady at the cash register tried to upsell with some chips, of course, but I had more than enough. The soda was awesome, some restaurants don't have good drinks, but Subway quenched my thirst. And of course, I would feel guilty if not leaving a tip because, again, I worked for one Subway and looked forward to getting a tip, no matter how small was very appreciated and they were fast and friendly enough. The food was okay, I probably should have gotten the tuna, because I love garlic but the footlong didn't have much of a garlic taste. I think they are trying too many new things which takes away from what they already have which has been proven to be delicious. My cats ate my leftovers with pleasure.“

Parking: Plenty of daytime as well as early evening parking spots in the lot. A lil bumpy in some spots and holy in others but not too bad.

Wheelchair accessibility: 3 businesses in one plaza with wheelchair ramp located opposite side as Jersey Mike's location. Not far from the door but far enough to be noticeable especially since there is patio furniture in the path way it might be difficult for larger wheelchairs to traverse easily from ramp to front door however I could be wrong as I'm a walker and I for some reason seen this and remembered it when maps asked me to review it a week later. Cheers!!“

“The subway on Turfway was run by a lovely mature couple. The store was immaculate. Everything was freshly chopped. They were very friendly. I guess while I was in Florida they retired! The store still looks clean. New employees are courteous. We will see after time goes by. Wishes prosperity for the owners
