“I’ve been eating at First Watch for years, and they’ve always been one of my favorite breakfast and brunch spots. This newer Independence location is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. I appreciate that they offer plenty of healthier choices alongside the classic breakfast favorites, so there’s something for everyone. The service has always been friendly, and it’s easy to see why First Watch continues to be one of my go-to places. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!“

“Been a regular customer here for three years. Went today with my daughters for a mommy daughters date. One of the servers Jimmy has always shown kindness to us. He decided to pay for our meal. This made our day so special. This is why i love this waffle house. Can’t wait for next time. Thank you Jimmy ❤️“

“I’m a Truck Driver and I drove across country and eat all the waffle houses in every state it’s just by far the cleanest Waffle House I have ever seen!!!! the service was amazing. The waitresses were so friendly. My waitress pacifically told me how to order an order that made it cheaper and I really appreciate that if all the waffle houses could be like this one it’d be perfect thank you girls.
