I watched 10 cars pass me by in the regular line while mobile line didn’t move for a while my last trip. Again I’m here for breakfast &line is extremely long I rather just order from regular lane from now on. The perks &points are not worth it to me anymore. They are always really nice &accommodating at this location. They work hard &always had my orders right. I think the problem is chic fil a as a company creating the mobile lane has nothing to do with the workers“

“I got into New Orleans late on Amtrak. By the time I got downtown to my hotel, most of the dining rooms of the fast food places had closed. I saw Krystal on the map and that it was open 24 hours. I then remembered it was on Bourbon Street, therefore had no drive-thru. The dining room was guaranteed to be open. When I got there, it looked like a madhouse. I thought it would take forever to get my order. But they have a well-oiled machine there and it soon became food theater. My wait time was short considering the number of people who were in the place. The food wasn't the greatest in the world, but I got it and was off on my way back to my hotel to enjoy it before falling asleep to head back out of town the next morning.

Parking: Don't even think about driving here. Take the street car. It's so much easier.“

“This place is alright. My only hang-up with this restaurant, "Chick-fil-A or Chicka-Flick (as i like to call it)," is that you'll never get enough fries. The container is never full. I get that the fries can be big slices, but couldn't they think to make it order the containers that hold the fries a bit bigger. Whenever I order the fries, I feel ripped off, and this is the only thing I really enjoy from this restaurant. Chicka-Flick, I'm gon need you to get it together with these fries; 3 to 5 slices with a few nips of broken off pieces of other fries in any size is not ever enough and unsatisfactory when one of your claims to fame is for customers to be satisfied.

Vegetarian options: The salads are made to order and you can specify no chicken or cheese.

Parking: The parking lot is a decent size.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 3-5 handicap parking spaces with wheelchair room.“

“Today is my son's 13th birthday and he's been a hothead/heat seeker for as long as I can remember. For perspective, he finally convinced Santa after 2 years to gift him the One Chip Challenge when he was 7. Today, his special request was to eat the hottest wings we could find, so my hubby found this place online last night. It's a short drive from Metairie, so although he wanted to do the Bayou Beast Challenge, we only had time to get a to-go order with all the other birthday errands we were running. We got a 6 piece of the Bayou Beast flavored wings. The gentleman checking us out was an absolute stand up guy who was equal parts concerned and impressed when he realized the order wasn't for me, but for the short kid standing next to me who told him he didn't want or need a dipping sauce. He even offered him a birthday coke (probably as a piece offering to the gods as an apology for what was going to transpire in my bathroom later🤣). Now to the fun part. I normally do these challenges with him, but today he wanted to fly solo. So I prepped the counter for him as usual with milk, yogurt, wipes etc. When I opened the box? YALL! The smell burned my eyes and instantly gave me PTSD from when I ate Da Bomb wing in the Hot Wings Challenge last year. My newly minted teenager the proceeded to smash all 6 in 5 minutes and did it like a pro without even a sip of water. I managed to get a single bite before they disappeared and I can guarantee you, the bathroom will be your sanctuary. I would not survive more than 2 as a grown adult. Maybe he's a glutton for punishment. Maybe he's a mutant. But what I do know is my dude is determined to beat that challenge and get that shirt and picture on the wall, so we'll be back very soon!“

“I grew up in New Orleans and haven't had a proper Raspberry filled powder sugar donut since I was a kid. We were there for Mardi Gras and we stopped in and got a few. I got the Raspberry one and it was absolutely perfectly delicious. It brought me back to childhood.

I thought they were all gone but on my last visit I found this location. We got a roast beef and a shrimp and they were delicious! Although I went during their lunch rush, they were fast and friendly. Best sammich I’ve had in years.“
