When i travel i like to find the best burger joint in town and I think i found my favorite! “Pretty decent breakfast. They do a three-egg breakfast, which I really appreciate. Bacon was perfectly cooked. Coffee was good too. The grits, however, were slightly undercooked. They were ok, but they would have been much better if they were cooked about a half-hour longer. They required a lot of salt. Take your own sweet-n-low.“

“This place is alright. My only hang-up with this restaurant, "Chick-fil-A or Chicka-Flick (as i like to call it)," is that you'll never get enough fries. The container is never full. I get that the fries can be big slices, but couldn't they think to make it order the containers that hold the fries a bit bigger. Whenever I order the fries, I feel ripped off, and this is the only thing I really enjoy from this restaurant. Chicka-Flick, I'm gon need you to get it together with these fries; 3 to 5 slices with a few nips of broken off pieces of other fries in any size is not ever enough and unsatisfactory when one of your claims to fame is for customers to be satisfied.

Vegetarian options: The salads are made to order and you can specify no chicken or cheese.

Parking: The parking lot is a decent size.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 3-5 handicap parking spaces with wheelchair room.“

“I order chik-fil-a as a quick lunch on the way to work. I semi-appreciate the location system since I am now a better judge of my pick-up time to my placement time, but I imagine it's helpful to many.

Food quality hasn't varied much. I don't believe i've ever had anything that tasted less than fresh or acceptably hot

I enjoy their lounge chairs while i wait the extra 2-3 min while i wait for my order. It's a clean comfy atmosphere.

I wish they would give me the option of make now. Sometimes i'm in a hurry and i don't like being geo-locked as to when my order is started.

All said and done. Great location. Prices are beyond competitive into great. Staff friendly.

I grant all five stars because thwy have never failed to deliver an excellent product at a very reasonable speed.

“Today is my son's 13th birthday and he's been a hothead/heat seeker for as long as I can remember. For perspective, he finally convinced Santa after 2 years to gift him the One Chip Challenge when he was 7. Today, his special request was to eat the hottest wings we could find, so my hubby found this place online last night. It's a short drive from Metairie, so although he wanted to do the Bayou Beast Challenge, we only had time to get a to-go order with all the other birthday errands we were running. We got a 6 piece of the Bayou Beast flavored wings. The gentleman checking us out was an absolute stand up guy who was equal parts concerned and impressed when he realized the order wasn't for me, but for the short kid standing next to me who told him he didn't want or need a dipping sauce. He even offered him a birthday coke (probably as a piece offering to the gods as an apology for what was going to transpire in my bathroom later🤣). Now to the fun part. I normally do these challenges with him, but today he wanted to fly solo. So I prepped the counter for him as usual with milk, yogurt, wipes etc. When I opened the box? YALL! The smell burned my eyes and instantly gave me PTSD from when I ate Da Bomb wing in the Hot Wings Challenge last year. My newly minted teenager the proceeded to smash all 6 in 5 minutes and did it like a pro without even a sip of water. I managed to get a single bite before they disappeared and I can guarantee you, the bathroom will be your sanctuary. I would not survive more than 2 as a grown adult. Maybe he's a glutton for punishment. Maybe he's a mutant. But what I do know is my dude is determined to beat that challenge and get that shirt and picture on the wall, so we'll be back very soon!“

“I grew up in New Orleans and haven't had a proper Raspberry filled powder sugar donut since I was a kid. We were there for Mardi Gras and we stopped in and got a few. I got the Raspberry one and it was absolutely perfectly delicious. It brought me back to childhood.
Perfect flavor and amount of jelly and a moist donut. Thank you for making me feel like a kid again. 😀“

“I had the best experience with the service at your Marrero location, the girl at the window name was Gabby and she was just awesome!!! She was very helpful, super sweet and so very polite. It is not often lately that you get excellent service in the fast food industry but I definitely had that today and I will be back again, because of the service I received today. Customer service was 100% and it was a great experience. When I mentioned that I had tried the burgers before and they were good but I thought the buns were a bit greasy to me, Gabby suggested that I order the burgers with no butter on the buns and that was an excellent suggestion, they were so much better.
