“This place is alright. My only hang-up with this restaurant, "Chick-fil-A or Chicka-Flick (as i like to call it)," is that you'll never get enough fries. The container is never full. I get that the fries can be big slices, but couldn't they think to make it order the containers that hold the fries a bit bigger. Whenever I order the fries, I feel ripped off, and this is the only thing I really enjoy from this restaurant. Chicka-Flick, I'm gon need you to get it together with these fries; 3 to 5 slices with a few nips of broken off pieces of other fries in any size is not ever enough and unsatisfactory when one of your claims to fame is for customers to be satisfied.

Vegetarian options: The salads are made to order and you can specify no chicken or cheese.

Parking: The parking lot is a decent size.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are at least 3-5 handicap parking spaces with wheelchair room.“

“Love the perks& point you get using mobile app with free items. However using mobile express app is not so express. Everytime I’m in mobile lane I’m waiting a very long time. I watched 10 cars pass me by in the regular line while mobile line didn’t move for a while my last trip. Again I’m here for breakfast &line is extremely long I rather just order from regular lane from now on. The perks &points are not worth it to me anymore. They are always really nice &accommodating at this location. They work hard &always had my orders right. I think the problem is chic fil a as a company creating the mobile lane has nothing to do with the workers“

“I got into New Orleans late on Amtrak. By the time I got downtown to my hotel, most of the dining rooms of the fast food places had closed. I saw Krystal on the map and that it was open 24 hours. I then remembered it was on Bourbon Street, therefore had no drive-thru. The dining room was guaranteed to be open. When I got there, it looked like a madhouse. I thought it would take forever to get my order. But they have a well-oiled machine there and it soon became food theater. My wait time was short considering the number of people who were in the place. The food wasn't the greatest in the world, but I got it and was off on my way back to my hotel to enjoy it before falling asleep to head back out of town the next morning.

Parking: Don't even think about driving here. Take the street car. It's so much easier.“

“See update below. Didn't get food, it even get to order, as they left me hanging at the drive through almost 10 minutes, then 5 more at the widow, only to come and tell me that they were closed. I drove away at exactly their closing time, so I suppose they usually stop taking orders 15 minutes before closing, so they can clean up and reduce labor costs.

“Great Chicken and fries!!! However, working in kitchens my whole life can I make a recommendation based on what I have seen over based on business and the years living next door?!?!?! There is often a line....the line is made up of people waiting on fries....fries from what I have seen are often cooked when they have been run out and take awhile to cook. I think effieciency would be reached if.....when a new batch of fries is 'lifted'.....another is dropped. Thus the wait time for fries is lessened and the line is moved. Business could be increased with this simple solution.“

“We live two blocks from Taco Bell. Months ago, Chicken Quesadilla was a delicacy and we always bought it. For some reason Chicken Quesadilla now is a totally inferior product to what they used to serve. Now “Crispanada” is one of the best products. We do not lose hope that Chicken Quesadilla will return to the high level we were served before.I rate 5 stars hoping that the manager improves the review I am making

The thing I love is you can go any time during operating hours and get bakery items, donuts and restaurant food.The bakery items have some of the McKenzies favorites like turtles, petit fours, brownies, the king cake and more.The Tastee donuts are so yummy. Apple fritters, chocolate covered, sprinkles, glaze, etc.The restaurant has items like egg dishes, sandwiches, burgers and poboys.Don’t forget to grab a cup coffee, espresso, cappuccino or tea while you are there.There is also some seating available if just the smell when you walk in makes you too hungry to wait to get home.I highly recommend this place. They have a great selection of items and very friendly staff.“
