“This shop is an iconic shop of NOLA. It sells bakery items and beverages, nonetheless Beignets and Chicory Coffee are its main attractions. I had these food items inside the shop and in a conference at New Orleans as well. The shop was very crowded and I had to stand in a queue. The Beignets and Chicory Coffee of Cafe Du Monde are so popular that I had to stand in a queue while in conference center to have the food. Price is affordable.“

As I've gotten older I've stopped eating them as often because of how decadent donuts can be. Today was my first time eating donuts from Joe's and these were perfect! Although they were decadent they were not over done. The balance of donut to filings was perfect and did not over saturate my palate. Even my husband who can usually only eat one donut had 3. We also got the French fries which were delicious and well seasoned as well as the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were fluffy, flaky and everything you'd want from a biscuit. The sausage gravy was perfectly seasoned and had big chunks of sausage which we LOVED! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and patient especially with my extra wild toddler running amok. Loren at the counter is an absolute delight! Thank you all, we'll be back, especially for the breakfast served all day!“
