“Extremely embarrassed to admit that TONIGHT was our very first steak night. The ribeye was delicious, the twice baked potatoes were so freaking goodddd! I missed ordering my usual bang bang shrimp, but to try the steak night meal was worth it. Bread pudding topped it off wonderfully. Both of our kids had grilled cheese sandwiches and darn near licked their plates clean-after eating their meals, half of my steak, and stealing my potatoes. The staff are all super friendly and the service was quick considering we had ordered three steak meals! Thanks Boot T’s!”

“Today was excellent and should be complimented by all. Went to the restaurant to grab lunch. Ordered using the mi ole app. I thought what I ordered came with drinks I asked the gentleman in the window about my drinks. He told me I didn't order drinks with that code. He was right. But while I was searching the app;; he offered me small complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. Wow!!!! Afterwards my food came back made incorrectly. I proceeded to walk in the restaurant to address the mistake. The general manager was cleaning a window while the crew was busy with customers. One of the grill workers saw me with the sandwich and immediately acknowledged me. There was no fight or fuss....they simply wanted to make it right. And they did. As they were remaking my sandwich; I notice something I hadn't seen in years.......every one of the workers( young BLACK MEN, was in complete uniform with their shirts tucked in and belts. Their attitudes were phenomenal. The service was great and they deserve to be recognized. Mistakes are inevitable. I don't have an issue with their mistake... AT ALL! It was the way the handled me after I brought the mistake to their attention. They made it right..IMMEDIATELY! Without question. And the atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing! Hats off to the management and especially to those young men. They made me proud. They made my day. STRAWBERRY”

“Drive thru uses AI for ordering. Unlike other drive through places, this AI ordering system works great and doesn't make you want to drive off. Food was hot and well prepared, but I did have to ask for my missing taco after receiving my order.”

“Went to this popeyes 30 mins before closing on christmas eve because my husband was craving a chicken sandwhich from here before going back to work offshore and well they did not disappoint. Yes the lines were long, but the order was pretty much accurate. Only thing that was messed up was they switched the mayo on the sandwhiches and switched the pies other than that food was great and they had everything including the Mac and cheese at that time of night. I appreciate the popeyes employees that still worked on time and accuracy even though it was almost closing and it was christmas eve. I will definitely be back to this one. “Queen's Cuisine is definitely 5 out of 5 Beans using the old NOLA Tom Fitzmorris food critic scale. The stuffed Bell Pepper with shrimp and stuffed catfish fish exploded with flavor. The cornbread is old school from scratch, nothing frozen. If you're anywhere in NOLA metro, its a must stop. The dinning room is closed however you can call ahead or order from the window.”

Boyd is, in every sense of the word, phenomenal. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, he went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. We have worked with a lot of people in our lives, but we've rarely been so impressed by someone’s level of dedication and calm under pressure. He truly bent over backwards for us — every question was answered, every detail was handled, and every small request was met with a smile and a solution.

On our actual wedding day, I didn’t have to look around, worry, or ask what was next — the Ormand Manor team had it all under control. I felt completely at peace knowing everything was being handled with care and precision. And it wasn’t just Boyd; the entire staff operated like a well-oiled machine, ensuring that every part of the day flowed perfectly.

What really stood out was how they handled the weather. It rained right up until about 30 minutes before our ceremony. Most venues would have defaulted to the backup plan, but Boyd and his team jumped into action the moment the skies cleared. They moved chairs, reset everything, and somehow turned our dream of an outdoor wedding into a beautiful reality — all without missing a beat. Watching them work together so quickly and professionally left us absolutely speechless.

From catering to coordination, every single detail was handled with flexibility, kindness, and a genuine desire to make our day special. They didn’t just meet expectations — they far exceeded them.

We will forever be grateful to Boyd, Vickey, and the entire Ormand Manor staff for giving us a wedding day that felt effortless, elegant, and completely unforgettable. What started off uncertain became one of the most beautifully executed days of our lives, all thanks to this incredible team.
