“I came here looking for lent options and they had all burgers. I was going to pull off, and the manager stopped and asked what was wrong. I advised that it is Friday and we could not have meet, however the shrimp burger sounded good. He then told me he could make the burger with only shrimp. He was EXTREMELY KIND AND PATIENT. We just got home, and it was delicious! The bread is soo good. Both me and my husband enjoyed it. The guy in the drive through said he was the assitant manager and he was amazing. amazing customer service, fresh food. We are going back tomorrow.“

“Got food to go, but went inside to order. Plenty of options for sauces and they can easily accommodate bun options as well. Also having a choice of edamame as a side was pretty awesome. Fries are the soft/greasy style, kind of like Five Guys. My son got the kids meal with a lettuce wrap. I got the chili burger which was pretty tasty. “Mannnnn..... this food was blessed by God. Never had better greens or rice dressing in my life. I'm a foodie that travels all over the country and I can tell you this place is bomb. The chicken is a little untraditional but it's crunchy and juicy. Dudes behind the counter were super cool and helpful too. “I had smalls a few years ago and I remember it being pretty good and kinda completely forgot about it! My friends and I went the other night and it was so so good. We heard they had queso so we had to try it and a cookies and cream shake. I think last time we went they only had chocolate and vanilla. Unfortunately their ice cream machine was down but the sliders and fries with queso was so yum. The service was super fast and the employees were very nice and patient since we had like 5 people in the car for the drive through.“

“Top of the morning to you Mr. Fila… we love you and to be honest you messed up last night on our chicken sandwich, we ask for no pickles and you placed extra pickles instead. It’s all good… there is a problem with the font on the drive thru sign, it’s so small you can’t hardly see you contain peanut oil in your products. I ordered a nugget kids meal and later realized you use peanut oil to fry those in, thankfully we had his allergy medicine before his rash spread all over. Not being critical, my grandson is only 1 and what the dr told us is that many children are allergic to peanuts and their uses. Just enlarge the font please … thank you for everything. “It's always good at the Plank Rd. Raising Cane's. The store is clean and the food is hot and fresh. I also like that there's a policeman that patrols at night as well. Though I don't like the reasoning behind the patrolman, I can appreciate business looking out for the safety of the patrons and staff.“

FAYES SUBS AND SALADS” joking joking on baby and em though, Faye’s subs provides some of the most consistent, high quality lunches downtown. Affordable and friendly! They make you feel like family every time you come in. Cannot recommend it enough! doing business with and/or having a casual lunch downtown with Faye’s subs is always a win. A downtown GEM everybody needs to add to their routine.“
“Employees were extremely polite. Po-boys were made fresh to order. Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh on the po-boys. Bread was perfect... crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The three ladies were working hard to serve dine-in and drive thru customers and provided wonderful service.“

“I went for the first time last month (January) with a buddy. It was his suggestion. There weren't many people inside eating, but the drive-thru was packed. We chose to go in and glad we did. “Food, atmosphere were great. Liked roasted peanuts while waiting. Gave 3 on service because they needed more people on cook line as call-in orders were lining up. We ate in & received ours after 10 minutes but others for take-out waited longer. Tis was 5:30pm. Didn't see any combo meals so a bit pricey for me.“

Food should not be prepared on the checkout counter where it's dirty and unsanitary. I don't think people that have poor people skills should work in customer services...“

“Yes! Amazing 2 out of 2 times, amazing snowballs, I asked for extra juice and was blown away, l got coconut x2 juice and before nectar wand cake batter . Amazing stuff! The ice is super super soft and it absorbs the juice. They also have a number of other lunch items that seems to be popular“
“I would like to be listened to and not over talked I goes on to open my food and sauce was all over the pizza mind you because I have stomach problems I can't eat early in the day so I saved it until 7pm and then I opened it up because I have a shot to take I don't know who the manager was at that time but for the manager at this time now I would have paid for anything I get the problem was I was trying to explain and whomever he was just wanted to be off the phone but overall I'm going to only be ordering when the night manager is there he was more professional and understood that people doesn't always eat at the time they get there food they eat when they want to eat and my stomach allows me to eat in the evening and the reason I called so late is because I know all the football games are over from now on please listen to what your customers are ordering so this want be a problem anymore I didn't like that at all I have stomach problems and can't have all of that sauce I've never had this problem before and I order all the time 70 and 80 dollar orders and didn't have this problem so I thank you for solving my problem but I'm going to rethink ordering again cause that broke my heart this is the only pizza place I really order from when I want pizza“
