“Rarely do you stop at an average fast food joint and get the Morton’s Steakhouse treatment. Yo honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The line was packed from counter to entrance, with so many zigs that zag couldn’t keep up. I remember entering and barely fitting through the entrance, thinking, “Oh, this will be an entire adventure for sure.” Little did I know that my experience would be nothing short of an adventure. I watched the duo of Jayden and Dalya take a dozen orders while pausing to pay attention to every customer’s needs and making each one feel important. It was mind boggling. Before I ever got to order I made a comment to my comrade about getting chicken because I don’t eat Pork. Mr. Jayden was marking the sandwich for the person in front of me, speaking to her and somehow still caught my personal conversation about cross contamination. When it was my turn he immediately asked me to pardon him for one second, the way he pardoned himself was so regal that I felt like I was royalty. Then he took off his gloves washed his hands for a good 30 seconds up to his elbows then put on a fresh pair of gloves to ASSURE me that there would be NO cross contamination. I’ve been to Michelin star restaurants that do not take that much care to assure their customers. Then after toasting it he said his parter would finish the sub. And that’s when Ms. Dalya stepped in with so much speed, yet so much grace that it felt like I was watching a painting come to life as opposed to a hoagie. She didn’t skip a beat and even made sure to pay attention to my ingredients and lightly suggest the proper condiment comparable to my pallet. If you are ever coming in or going out of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport, you have to stop at this Subway. It makes me feel like I’m back at a deli in New York.“

Just like the first time it was fresh produce, meats, and bread...the staff was very patient as this was my first time in a JJs restaurant I was very indesicive about my "freebies" however the young lady was very helpful and added and deleted my selections every time without a fuss. Im excited about my next visit!“

“I ordered the 2# Breakfast Sandwich From Jack In The Box on Government Street & Foster Blvd .....when I pulled up to the Drive Thru Speaker, Jack In the Box Employee said it going to be a wait , he trying to get orders out , I ask for the double smashburger he said back to me that going to be hard to do !
So I asked about breakfast and he said that's going to be harder ... So all the number #2 Breakfast when I pulled up to pay for the meal... It was two breakfast combos$17 change he tells me, Credit Card only no cash....ok ... I pulled around and waited for my food & Jack in the box employee , brung out food one order every time , I was lucky number #5...My Breakfast Sandwich was Hot and Fresh ....Why was Jack in The Box employee not taking cash“

“throughout the years ive ordered from many JiB in baton rouge and this one is for sure the best one. Im shocked to see 3.5 total stars on this one but theb again all the neighboring JiBs are baseline 3 stars too. These guys are good at taking online orders on my JiB app and super efficient; they dont get surprised when i tell them an online order i made on app (unlike other places where they look confused) and instead they got it already wrapped and prepared: handing them right away at drive thru at times. On heavy times, sure you do need to wait but they have been consistently good for the over 10 or so orders ive made; unlike Seigen one where i would pull around and wait 30min just to still receive wrong order. These guys will give you the right order and in 5 minutes“

“I ordered on the app and ended up getting there 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time that I had chosen. They prepared my order and me out within a few minutes of walking in. My order was 100% perfect including condiments and dipping sauces. The chicken strips were cooked perfectly and tasted great! I will definitely be back and appreciate the excellent service.“

“It’s a convenient walk from work to get a healthy option for lunch. I always get the same order so what I get I do enjoy. I order on the app and by the time I walk there, my sandwich is most times already made. This is a very busy location so it’s best to order ahead of you can.
There is indoor and outdoor seating but it is a small area.
I would’ve given five stars but they don’t participate in many of the coupon offers and this does keep me from going more than I do.“

“You might want to acknowledge your customers that are coming to pick up an order, 3 or 4 people hanging around the drive thru window 1 customer walked in after I did. I'm standing at the register 2 employees see me but not one came over. This has happened before it was 3 or 4 people waiting for to go orders, this don't make any sense. Bad customer service do better or at least assign someone to assist with to go orders.“
