“Food is very good! We always enjoy the food there. Plate lunches are a bit expensive, we ordered a pork chop plate and it came with onion rings and we wanted to replace the onion ring for mash potatoes and what we got was one pork chop in a empty to go plate with a very small cup with mash potatoes on the side for the same prize as if we would of had the onion rings in the plate and they charged extra for the small cup of mash potatoes. And we asked for gravy and there was no gravy. But we still love their food and their very friendly atmosphere! We still eat there we just don't order the pork chops .“

I love the decor, and it seems there's been something unique, some pretty lights on a festive display for example, every time I visit. Love their egg and cheese croissant, so fresh! Also tried their wrap minus the wrap and must say it was an excellent way to get my veggies. “Tonight was the second time dining at Cafe Josephine's. As a delectable repeat the crab egg rolls were ordered. The crab meat tonight was not spoiled but far from fresh tasting. Did eat almost half trying to convince otherwise. “If you are looking for great comfort food this is the place for you! A soul food lunch counter. I had the fried pork chop with rice and gravy and mashed potatoes with gravy and white beans. Everything was seasoned well and prepared with love. Plenty of gravy, I was able to cover my rice with it. No plain rice kernels we’re had. Loved it! I hate it when places give white rice with gravy and there’s not enough to go around. The customer service was great as well. They know their regulars and make sure everyone enjoyed their meals. I will definitely come back. Very nice people who know how to work together to get things done.“
