“We stumbled upon this establishment on our way to tour while on vacation. What a happy accident! We had tried a seafood restaurant the day before in the French quarter and left a bit disappointed thinking we wouldn't get the great dining experience we were hoping for while in New Orleans, but Restaurant des Familles more than provided. Everything we had was wonderful, not to mention the service was good and the views were lovely. So happy we stopped!“

“Me and my wife went for dinner and it was an excellent experience. Waitress was very kind to us and our grandchild. I would definitely go there again and make this a regular dining spot on my list. If you have a chance to go check it out you should go you won’t regret it.“

“Kelly is the best. I live in Shreveport, but had to do my family reunion events in or around New Orleans. Food Symphony was recommended to me by my cousin. I called Kelly and she got the ball rolling. We had good communication through the planning of my Meet and Greet Event for my family. When I walked into my rented space, I was amazed how beautiful the entire set up was. I had the colors I wanted, and all the foods I had requested. The foods were beyond delicious. My family enjoyed the foods, and can't stop talking about the experience that had in Harvey, Louisiana at the Food Symphony/Timeless Moments Event Hall. Thank you Kelly and Trena. “Decided to try this establishment as we have passed it for a while. It may have said it was a Red Bird fried 🐔🍗 chicken but also was a daiquiris shop. Ordered our food, wife got a chicken sandwich 🥪 with fries 🍟 and I got a breast and wing with fries 🍟. After a short time our food was served. Wife got what she ordered and I got a drumstick 🍗 and a back, completely opposite of what I ordered. Upon going back to the register the manager asked what was wrong and I explained what was wrong and said immediately corrected the problem. Kudos to the manager. The young man that took out order was wearing dark sunglasses 😎 while he took out order and afterwards he took them off. Food was hot 🥵 and tasty.“

“This restaurant is a must stop EVERY time I’m in town visiting family. My Lawd I always get the shrimp sandwich on bun but I got the hot sausage patties po-boy as well this time. Also grabbed a pound of shrimp and a pound of crawfish. I know I was being big eyed because I was hungry but I didn’t regret it because everything was good, per usual. My mom tasted the crawfish and looovvveeed the favor. I got the regular spice level and she said it was just right, not too spicy. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend.“

“Delicious grilled or fried seafood. The BEST fried shrimp on the Westbank! The grilled chicken and grilled shrimp salads are a real treat. The poboy sandwiches are large and over stuffed. You will not regret a visit to this home cooking cajun style restaurant.“

“Love this place. Had their ground meat twice and it comes out better than Walmart’s and even smells really good while and after cooked. Made a spaghetti yesterday and tacos today. It started out with me getting their shrimp stuff they serve for breakfast and I loved it, they also sell my favorite drink-body armor. I love this place. At night their gas station is well lit. I love this place can’t wait to try some more meats. And the workers there are extremely nice and helpful. Love this place. Hope they are here to stay. “We stopped here recently while traveling, and I am still thinking about their breakfast burrito a week later! The creole potatoes inside were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. And the seafood cheese sauce? Oh man was it good! I didn’t even think to take pictures. We agreed that even after spending a week in New Orleans, that this was the best meal we had on our trip, hands down. We really hope this local restaurant makes it so we can visit again.“
