“Great service“

“I went to McDonald's yesterday morning for coffee as I often do. I was very pleasantly surprised at the young man who took my order, he was very polite and courteous. It is rare to find people like this anymore. Although I did not get his name, I will make it a point to , next time I visit for my morning coffee fix. He deserves recognition by the company for sure. I actually made a post about him yesterday on my facebook page and found out there are many of my friends who have encountered this young man and feel the same as I do.“

“The Chick-Fil-A in Opelousas, LA is the ONLY Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited that lives up to its reputation.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and all smiles from the start to finish. My orders are always correct, hot, and served to me quickly. The location appears to be clean and well trained. I’ve never been impressed by Chick-fil-A until stopping in Opelousas.“

“I will go very far out of my way to eat at Hardee's. I don't really like hamburgers but the bacon Swiss burger makes me want to cry it tastes so good. It's a little messy I wish they'd cut them in half for me but it's one of the most enjoyable things that I can eat.“

“Building is severely dated and omg needs a cleaning .. hell I would tear it down and build new but that's just me I mean why give people that eat fried chicken a nice place to sit and eat it anyway, right .. the building and employees make your money why not re-invest in your investment .. o that's right cause the money should be yours to spend on yourself not the people and things that keep your money coming in ..“

“I'm loving it. The service is great, and the dining area always kept clean. The drive thru can get backed up quickly, and that makes the parking lot feel a little cramped. I think all McDonald's have this problem though. Employees are always friendly and i rarely have errors with my orders. When I do they fix it, no questions asked. The one thing I don't like is the kiosk, since they were installed most employees are busy making orders so if you do have a problem it could take a few minutes to get someone's attention. Great experience every time i visit, definitely a good place to get a quick bite. I would definitely recommend here over some of the other fast food places in town if you value cleanliness and friendly service.“

“I had one of the most professional, experienced, and pleasant order and delivery from pizza hut. The manager Ms.A. is in class all by herself. I want to say this lady went above and beyond her job to help me she did. I want to say thank you so very much and I really appreciated it.“

“Not sure if they were just understaffed or just shorthanded the other night but a woman named Candy seemed to be the only person running all of service. There were 2 cars in drivethru and at least 3 parked and she seemed to be taking and packing all of the orders. Despite this, I still got my food super quick with a smile and it was fresh. She is an amazing worker with awesome customer service!! Thank you Candy!“

“Edit: the manager called and made it right! Great pizza!
Hadn't been here in 2 years due to bad experiences and decided to try it again, only to be disappointed. Only good thing was the cheese sticks. They were hot and not super greasy. The wings don't have much sauce and not great. My Pizza was not very warm (only live like 7 mins from the store and ate it right away). My husband's was super greasy. Will go back to dominos for price and quality.“

“Was passing through Port Barre coming home when myself and my wife stopped at the Loves to have some refreshment on our way home. We stopped in the Subway there and we were greeted by the nicest young lady named Cam. She made our ordering process absolutely wonderful ...she was so nice and polite and had the most wonderful personality...people who serve the public should take notes from this lady. What a wonderful experience...thank you Cam.“

“Bobby took our order and his customer service is top notch!! Enough for me to want to jump on here and leave a review. He was so nice and welcoming! He was taking orders, he brought us our food and condiments. And in between people walking in he was instantly cleaning and checking on things. If he’s not already in management, he should be!“

“This is genuinely the best taco bell i’ve ever had. Everything was warm and fresh, the cheese was melty and everything inside tasted freshly made. The potatoes were soft i can’t say i’ve ever had a better taco bell eating experience. The workers were very nice and welcoming and gave amazing customer service. I do have to sadly say and admit that I did clog there toilet on accident and I feel really bad about it. I’m truly very sorry to the workers that had to deal with that. I don’t use public toilets often and i used the wrong paper and I tried to fix it and i made it worse. I truly am so very sorry and my true intention was to try and fix it and not make it worse I didn’t know what I was doing though. Again I sincerely apologize to the staff of this Taco Bell for having to deal with that. I can honestly say this is the best taco bell location i’ve ever been to with the food and service. I’m so very sorry for my accident. I wish the staff only the best. God bless you all.“

“This Subway is one of the cleanest and well located restaurant I have visited in a while. The young lady working that day was super polite and courteous to us. She fixed us a breakfast sub and it was made just like I requested it. I highly recommend this location for your next meal.“

“The experience wasn't all that bad. My food wasn't labeled at all so I had to unwrap all 3 burritos to see which was which. And in doing that my food got cd quick. Not happy
