“I went to McDonald's yesterday morning for coffee as I often do. I was very pleasantly surprised at the young man who took my order, he was very polite and courteous. It is rare to find people like this anymore. Although I did not get his name, I will make it a point to , next time I visit for my morning coffee fix. He deserves recognition by the company for sure. I actually made a post about him yesterday on my facebook page and found out there are many of my friends who have encountered this young man and feel the same as I do.“

“The Chick-Fil-A in Opelousas, LA is the ONLY Chick-fil-A I’ve ever visited that lives up to its reputation.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and all smiles from the start to finish. My orders are always correct, hot, and served to me quickly. The location appears to be clean and well trained. I’ve never been impressed by Chick-fil-A until stopping in Opelousas.“

The chicken cracklins were warm with a light crisp, the boudin was meaty with good flavor, the fried ribs are always our favorite to chew on, the meat pie (meat) is really good and the crawfish pie is my hubby's favorite. Outside, the fuel pumps are roomy and easy to operate. The diesel pumps on the side are very convenient for my hubby's dually. The staff has been really nice and Mr. Hebert is always accommodating if something is needed. Overall, we give it a great review and we're excited they have come to Jennings to open their business“

“I will go very far out of my way to eat at Hardee's. I don't really like hamburgers but the bacon Swiss burger makes me want to cry it tastes so good. It's a little messy I wish they'd cut them in half for me but it's one of the most enjoyable things that I can eat.“

“I'm loving it. The service is great, and the dining area always kept clean. The drive thru can get backed up quickly, and that makes the parking lot feel a little cramped. I think all McDonald's have this problem though. Employees are always friendly and i rarely have errors with my orders. When I do they fix it, no questions asked. The one thing I don't like is the kiosk, since they were installed most employees are busy making orders so if you do have a problem it could take a few minutes to get someone's attention. Great experience every time i visit, definitely a good place to get a quick bite. I would definitely recommend here over some of the other fast food places in town if you value cleanliness and friendly service.“

“Not sure if they were just understaffed or just shorthanded the other night but a woman named Candy seemed to be the only person running all of service. There were 2 cars in drivethru and at least 3 parked and she seemed to be taking and packing all of the orders. Despite this, I still got my food super quick with a smile and it was fresh. She is an amazing worker with awesome customer service!! Thank you Candy!“

“Building is severely dated and omg needs a cleaning .. hell I would tear it down and build new but that's just me I mean why give people that eat fried chicken a nice place to sit and eat it anyway, right .. the building and employees make your money why not re-invest in your investment .. o that's right cause the money should be yours to spend on yourself not the people and things that keep your money coming in ..“

“I go sometimes daily to get a frappe for my dad. He usedbto come with me but his health to a decline. Hes lives in the nursing home now but he still lights up when incall him to tell him its Frappe day . They dont realize it but they're helping me stay connected with my dad and keeping him in good spirits. Bringing him that frappe helps me make sure he gets a visitor weekly if not daily. “First of all It would be nice to talk to a human when I order.The food is always as good as I expect it to be at this location, and the people are always nice enough, i dont expect smiling faces , just that my order be right. I usually take the time to go to this location because the do a good job. All that being said ive noticed that the employees here are starting to follow a local trend of asking you to pull up when no one is behind you, it makes me wonder why..it's like the do not want you to see what they're doing to your food.So, going forward if im asked to pull up or to the door when no one is behind me, I'll just ask for a refund. That window is there for you to wait for and receive your order. I do not like my food being exposed to possible flying particulate matter when theres alot less exposure just handing it through the window.“

Hadn't been here in 2 years due to bad experiences and decided to try it again, only to be disappointed. Only good thing was the cheese sticks. They were hot and not super greasy. The wings don't have much sauce and not great. My Pizza was not very warm (only live like 7 mins from the store and ate it right away). My husband's was super greasy. Will go back to dominos for price and quality.“
