“My wife and i are traveling and wanted to watch the play off game. We are out of towners.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the bartender Megan and another wonderful woman who i would think was the owner and or manger. We were made to feel as if we were long time patons. The service was outstanding.
The food was delicious, we had the cheeseburger, quesadilla and grabbed wings and potato skins to go.
We felt welcomed and at home at this local sports bar.“

“Wednesday Steak Night: the cook works miracles with the steaks, making up cheaper cuts with skill and ingredients. The potatoes and green beans are also seasoned well. We try to get there for happy hour- cheap beer, but Cold and Fresh! Sky is an awesome bartender! Great music and vibe as well 5 stars and ❤️❤️ ??“

“We happened upon Hank’s Bar after googling nearby food while looking for a quick bite before attending a nearby event in Treme. The food was so good we returned before heading back to Mobile last night. I met Kevin at the door and Oscar the owner. Not only was the food great, so were these guys. I will most definitely return to NO just to visit Hank’s. I am now their biggest fan from Mobile 😄. I just hate I didn’t grab another one of those seafood potato’s. “I went to the Backspace Bar & Kitchen after getting in on a later flight and ordered a beer and shrimp po'boy. It was a super chill night - I was just one of a few folks in there around 8PM. The beer was wonderful, the bartender was so nice, and the whole vibe was just what I needed after a stressful day of travel. The shrimp po'boy was really good - really well seasoned and balanced nicely with fresh, crisp veggies and pickles.“

“picked up a to-go order, slight issue with order coming through. get there, no order’s been put in. They apologize, and throw in free french fries. Something about my order came through as 2 burgers. We come back 20 minutes later. Not only do they bring out my food TO me but they also threw in the 2 burgers that the mix up came through as for free! Ray was the gentleman who assisted me, couldn’t have been more pleasant. 10/10 choice for dinner tonight on service alone“

“No real outside signage to inform walkers that a bar and restaurant is there. No clear entrance to bar/restaurant unless you are a guest at the hotel. Only managed to stumble across it by word of mouth. The lighting is a bit too dim, way too loud to hear the bartender, kept having to ask him to repeat himself. Really limited vegetarian options on the menu but the feed green tomato sandwich is good. The service and knowledgeable recommendations by Austin were excellent, Glenn was extremely nice and helpful.“

“We ordered a lot of small plates and enjoyed every one of them. The charred broccoli was fantastic and we paired it with a side of rice to soak up all of that great sauce. The Salad was great, but I think the beets could have been cooked longer and it would have made the dish better. The sweet potato was perfect. We enjoyed our fresh strawberries served in an antique tea cup with a side of homemade chocolate. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Reservations are needed for this restaurant and all of the good restaurants in New Orleans“

The crayfish eggroll with a light savory sauce was cooked to perfection and BBQ wings w/ celery sticks were the best. Food was served with a beautiful presentation. This spot is a hidden gem. You have to check it out. We will be back.“
