“the other day was my first time going as it was recommended by a good friend. it is, hands down ,my new favorite establishment in new orleans! the staff were very friendly and welcoming. they were quick to point me to menu favorites that i,a meat eater, and my friend, a vegetarian ,both loved! I had the hot sausage burger and gumbo and my friend had the island veggie burger.any bar that throws down for Bowies birthday is tops in my book. the vibe is very true art forward as well as the patrons. .Even though I was new to a lot of the crowd it seemed like they were happy I was there. i will be back!10/10 stars.“

“The chicken is SOOOO SALTY. It was so overpowering I couldn't finish the salad. Everyone else enjoyed their food and the cocktails were really good! The bartender made some mean espresso martinis and I enjoyed the freshness of the cucumber in the cucumber mule :)“

“When I saw $21.95 for a 20oz ribeye I kinda chuckled in my head and expected a Waffle House type steak. I asked the waitress if it was good and she simply said “yeah, it’s good”. What transpired a few minutes later made me contemplate everything I thought I knew about a good ribeye. This thing was melt in your mouth, perfectly cooked, and had an absolutely astonishing flavor. Kick the price out the door. I live almost 4 hours away and would pay $80 for that steak as I type. It was so good I went back for another the next night. Gladly passing up all the other opportunities that NOLA has to offer. Weirdly the same people who we sat next to the night before were at the table next to us ordering the steak again. Astonishing what you get for the price. I could make a whole separate rant about how good the potato skins and gumbo are as well. Great job!!!! Best experience of our whole trip.“

“I have loved Deja Vu since the 1990's, and my visit there today didn't do anything to change that!
I had the Creole Trio: Shrimp Etouffee, Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, and Red Beans n' Rice - served with buttery, toasted, French bread slices, and it was wonderful!
The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was upbeat & comfortable, just as it's always been.
The prices are incredibly reasonable - especially for the quality and QUANTITY of the food you receive.
Their breakfast menu items are available all day, and I believe that is what will get me back in there one more time before I leave!“

“Great neighborhood joint!“
“No real outside signage to inform walkers that a bar and restaurant is there. No clear entrance to bar/restaurant unless you are a guest at the hotel. Only managed to stumble across it by word of mouth. The lighting is a bit too dim, way too loud to hear the bartender, kept having to ask him to repeat himself. Really limited vegetarian options on the menu but the feed green tomato sandwich is good. The service and knowledgeable recommendations by Austin were excellent, Glenn was extremely nice and helpful.“

“Best bar in New Orleans, hands-down. Incredibly gracious staff, a lot of great live music, and some beautiful décor. Their drinks and food are always excellent, too. If you're in the neighborhood or if you aren't, it's definitely worth swinging by!“

“Dined in, ordered gumbo, crayfish eggrolls, BBQ wings. The gumbo was delicious...a true Nola taste. The crayfish eggroll with a light savory sauce was cooked to perfection and BBQ wings w/ celery sticks were the best. Food was served with a beautiful presentation. This spot is a hidden gem. You have to check it out. We will be back.“

“This was one of the absolute highlights of my time in new Orleans. Justa pure genuine and kind hearted place. I went in on a Saturday afternoon with my family and 2 dogs, right after sitting down the cook comes over with a disposable bowl of cheese asking if the dogs could have it. That alone made me love the place, after that it just got better. The waiter was friendly as hell, even gave us directions on getting to a few of our later destinations. Was fast to help us with anything we needed, recommend some great beer. Could rattle on but my point is, he was awesome and I really do thank him. The food? I haven't quit complaining about not being able to get that same chicken sandwich since leaving! I'm a picky eater, and that chicken sandwich has me hooked.... That chef knows how to cook simple as that, I don't need to brag on his behalf his work does it for him. Overall my family loved it, I loved it, and my dogs loved it(I asked the dogs) and I will be back.“

“Great eating!! B please try this place“
“I know! It's like Groundhog Day... The same thing over & over again. “Great Place!”, “Amazing Food!”, “Glorious Staff!“ Does it get old? Nope. Somehow it just gets better & better, and as much as it's the food, it's truly the people who make the experience one that keeps you coming back again & again. Like us. Special shout out to Serena, Nick & Kelly for making our friend Mike feel at home. Peace y'all“
“I am from South Philly and I am going to put Eddy's in the top three out of Philly. Good portion of meat, white American melted in wonderfully and just the right amount of onions. I have very high expectations and they were met. The amarosso roll sealed the deal. Go birds“
“We had the pleasure of visiting this establishment this past weekend as a part of a stop during a party bus tour. I feel like it is a hidden gem that more people should frequent. The drink prices are good and the locals are friendly. Great atmosphere!“

“Adult atmosphere, very clean restrooms, great music, competent friendly staff, tasty food, and owner King Frank Charles is the epitome of what entrepreneurship should be. “I was lost in this world; not knowing who I was or what I was doing. But then, I had a slice of Broadway Pizza, and my life has never been the same since. A true piece of pizza artistry“

“I went into the Bronx Bar, which is the bar side of New York Pizzeria, a half an hour before closing to grab some take-out Italian for my chef husband to eat when he got home after working a night shift. I got the pasta marinara with meatballs since we were burned out on delivery pizza. I was plesantly surprised. The kitchen was technically closed for the night, but you could get certain menu items if you ordered at the bar. The food was excellent-the meatballs were definitely homemade, and the bartender gave me a free soda as I waited at the bar for my food to come out of the kitchen. I recommend this place, very good for a late-night bite to go.“
“We ordered a lot of small plates and enjoyed every one of them. The charred broccoli was fantastic and we paired it with a side of rice to soak up all of that great sauce. The Salad was great, but I think the beets could have been cooked longer and it would have made the dish better. The sweet potato was perfect. We enjoyed our fresh strawberries served in an antique tea cup with a side of homemade chocolate. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Reservations are needed for this restaurant and all of the good restaurants in New Orleans“
“Everyone at the Omni Riverfront is so friendly. Especially Miss Pam the best bartender around.“
“If you are neuro divergent and need a relatively quite place to take refuge from the chaos of the street, this is the place! The music is a normal level - not normal for bars, regular normal - and the staff was very acomodating. Mocksville was great as well and my friend enjoyed his hurricane. Thank goodness!“

“Don’t sleep on the Schooner! They were happy to put an obscure soccer match on a big screen for us, cook us delicious food (the fish and chips were a highlight, as were the weekend special Buffalo chicken dip egg rolls), and pour us some great drinks. Amazing vibes during the day and at night, wonderful staff (hi guys!) and cozy atmosphere. Can’t recommend highly enough.“
