“Amazing Amazing Amazing! From entry to exit!! We've actually stayed in the bed and breakfast upstairs before but never sat in the restaurant to eat. When I tell you we were impressed that would be an understatement. The owner was onsite...and working alongside her employees. The food...well, I'll stop at I asked the chef for his recipe to the bread pudding sauce (and I'm a baker)and presentation is EVERYTHING to me, they did not disappoint. Sarah, our server was so friendly...like a sister we'd just met. If I could 10 star this restaurant, I certainly would!
FYI the chef did NOT share that recipe, but I ate enough to figure it out...“

“I just want to start off by saying that my kids always enjoy Menchies. We just left Menchies in Hammond and there was a group of no more than 10 young girls, all wearing a matching teal button up shirt, who were abusing the sample system. They filled those little white cups like they were ice cream cones and went back and forth numerous times filling them up and also stealing toppings. The employees just ignored them and both even left the front of the store unattended for periods of times. I even overheard one of the young girls who was stealing ice cream say how easy it would be for her to go into the cash register. I hope the security footage is reviewed. It's sad that Hammond cannot ever have anything nice. I had my 6 year old and 1 year old with me witnessing this criminal behavior while we were just innocently trying to enjoy our ice cream that we actully paid for.“

“Could not have been more pleased. Visited twice this week while camping at Tickfaw State Park. Everything was exceptionally good. Chef and staff are tops. Loved everything and prices and portions are more than fair. Hope to go back soon.“

“I am extremely impressed with the customer service. I ordered a Buffalo pizza with a special of 50% off. When I got home, the pizza was made incorrectly with Alfredo sauce and no Buffalo sauce. I should have brought it back when I opened it, but I was really hungry I ate a few pieces and brought it back to show them. I talked to Brad, an employee who apologized and made me another pizza without any hesitations. He was extremely polite with a nice demeanor. I work in a resteraunt myself and was glad he treated me correctly!! Brad is an awesome employee!“
