“How is this place not constantly packed with people is beyond me. The best Japanese cuisine in the Hammond/Ponchatoula area. The prices are reasonable. Our family favourite are the snow crab salad (no crunchy), chicken hibachi w/noodles, clear soup, New Orleans roll and a chicken fried rice. The sushi has yet to disappoint. We tried kyoto around 2018. Never had a wrong order or bad food. The inside is small but we always order to go.“

“I recommend for the food, service and atmosphere but the prices have jumped almost 40%…I literally last year could get a Metairie roll for $6 and a Henson roll for $15 now it’s $7.80 and $18.50…such a bummer.“

“Y’all need to give that man that’s running Togo and the bar a raise!! Y’all have an amazing worker up there! He’s consistent and doesn’t get freaked out over 30 people calling on the phone while dealing with customers and making drinks!! I think he said his name was Lin! Thank you so much for showing that there is still quality service out here!“

“I was visiting to lay my dad to rest and this was one of his favorite spots. The food was delicious but the staff needs to work on their customer service skills. I felt rushed ( only had one plate) they started speaking their language and looking at you if you didn't immediately exit after paying.“

“This is my favorite plave for sushi. I get the Philadelphia roll each time and the shrimp tempura appetizer and not only does it satisy my taste buds but, it fills me up! ?
It's not a place you can "dine in" but, you're welcome to dine on the patio, which is a nice and peaceful setting. ☺️ no complaints here. Always happy.“

“Lunch hibachi today, very much enjoyed! Great food and friendly staff. The hibachi chef was a hoot, the usual “hibachi jokes” but he had so much energy and clearly enjoys what he does. We’ll definitely be back.“
