“We had such an incredible experience at Bayou Rum Distillery & Event Center! We did the tour and tasting with Heidi, and she was absolutely amazing.

From the moment we walked in, Heidi greeted us with the warmest, most cheerful smile, and that same joyful energy continued throughout the entire experience. She was extremely informative and knowledgeable, and you can genuinely tell that she has a true passion for what she does. We asked multiple questions throughout the tour, and she took the time to answer every single one without ever making us feel rushed.

The tasting was just as wonderful! Heidi explained each rum sample in detail, including its history, what made it unique, and the amount of care and craftsmanship that went into what we were tasting. It made us appreciate each sample so much more, and the rum was absolutely delicious!

What really made the experience stand out was Heidi’s personality. She was so warm, joyful, personable, and engaging from beginning to end. Bayou Rum truly has a gem on their hands with Heidi! She took what could have simply been a tour and tasting and turned it into a memorable experience.
