“We bought Crawfish from the food truck and it was very tasty, well worth stopping and very reasonably priced. The gentleman selling had to show us how to eat them as we were clueless, but he was very patient with us and friendly. Would definitely recommend especially if staying at Fontainebleau State Park nearby.”

“This is our favorite Chinese restuarant! The Seasame Chicken and General Tso's chicken are phenomenal!! Huge portions for their budget-friendly prices. The owner's are always back there cooking and very friendly!”

“I’ve been eating at this particular subway for years. They’ve gone through different owners and management throughout that time. The subs were terrible for a while but the new management or owners turned it around for the better. I went there tonight and their employee Alexis was on point making our sandwiches. They both were delicious. And she is so friendly. I’m impressed!! I hope she’s making them from now on lol”

“Tandem is my go-to spot to catch coffee and a snack when I’m working remotely in Mandeville. The decor is beautiful, especially the bar area, the drinks and food are always delicious and fresh, and the staff is the absolute bee’s knees!! I’ve attended a handful of events there as well, from cookie decorating classes to Drag Bingo and Tandem always handles the crowds with skill. Thank you Tandem for being a bright spot in our community!”

“Was just going for a ride when I passed this place up. Inside has a cozy yet modern feel to it. Almost like having breakfast or lunch at mom's. Place was very organized, and everyone was so friendly to me that I felt like part of the family. Oscar and his mom Carol are amazing. Now to the food! This is definitely what we need in Mandeville. “We have been about 6 times with friends and everyone loved everything we tried. The food is fresh with multiple layers of flavor. The negative ratings are about service or wait times. (Which we have not had a problem with) But the food is what matters! I recommend the poblano rice and plantains as sides. Nachos as an appetizer or entree because it is not a hunk of cheese melted on old repeatedly fried chips we find everywhere else. The guacamole is the best I have ever had. But, as a dessert gal, I have tried them all and there is not one I would not get againm(hint: the chocolate cake with flan on top is my favorite)”
