They did a phenomenal job with the groom's cake for my wedding -- a red velvet armadillo a la Steel Magnolias (which, let's face it, was really MY cake -- childhood dream accomplished). The cake itself was moist and delicious, but the decorating was nothing short of amazing. They also provided fantastic service -- zero drama, transparent process, fair pricing, clear communication, and timely delivery service. I was so impressed with this bakery from beginning to end. My only regret is that I didn't hire them to do my actual wedding cake, but since that was such a disaster (by a big name legacy bakery in Lafayette) I might have them make an anniversary cake in a year...so impressed! Definitely a fan! Hire them.“

“We had a wonderful meal at Pimon Thai! We started with the egg rolls as an appetizer, and they were perfectly crispy and full of flavor. They came out hot and fresh, and it was a great way to kick off the meal.

My husband ordered the Yum Woon Sen, and it was absolutely delicious. The dish had such a great balance of tangy, savory, and slightly sweet flavors, with plenty of fresh ingredients that made every bite exciting. He couldn’t stop talking about how much he enjoyed it!

I had the yellow curry, and it was everything I hoped for—rich, creamy, and full of warm, comforting spices. The sauce was so flavorful, and it paired perfectly with the rice. The portion sizes were generous, and I was happily full by the end of the meal.

“I recently visited Panera Bread and had a great experience! I absolutely loved the Chicken Avocado Melt. The combination of tender chicken, creamy avocado, and melted cheese was perfect. I also tried The Feisty One, and it was amazing! The flavors were bold, and it had just the right amount of spice.

For soups, I had the Onion Soup, which wasn’t the best I’ve had, but it was still decent for the price. The Chicken & Wild Rice Soup was comforting and flavorful.

Beyond the food, I really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. The atmosphere was cozy, the service was great, and the pricing felt reasonable for the quality. Definitely a spot I’d visit again!“
